it is not possible as the ROM is released with GApps included with Pixel and it will be kept that way

installation performed on a clean phone. when the phone is off, the backlight does not turn off when charging!
When setting the mode "Recents Style" - "Stock", the launcher is breaks.

Most of the ROMS I tried including Pixel Experience started lagging after 3-4 days and worked fine for the only first day
