XPERIA X10 Android 1.6 theme (2.1.A.0.435)

Hey guys,
I tweaked the stock (2.1.A.0.435) ROM and made it look like the 1.6 Android sky blue color. I kinda missed that color it looks better than the one came with 2.1 update. Since the black colors on X10 are not great the default one looked washed out!!

Is it possible to get the 1.6 status bar back? I love the new theme, but the small status bar from 1.6 is awesome. Can we resize the status bar and change the icons to the 1.6 ones or will it brick the phone?

Its the stock app, I didnt touch it (as is). It should have the new background cause it is tied with framework-res apk.

yeah I agree with you, the slim status bar is waaaaay better and this one is crammed. I am not sure how to modify stuff like that I am still a newbie

You know, damn updates aren't available yet in my country...
If not, that's all right. Anyway the theme looks cool for us who like the default blue theme.

Y por que no flasheas con la rom que esta posteada por aqui,para que tengas la actualizacion????? Es mas facil que estar esperando,al cabo es lo mismo.
why dont you flash with the rom that its posted here??? you dont have to wait till the actualization comes,its easier instead of waiting for it,at the end,its the same.

I agree, I was pissed when SE switched to that dull looking theme and X10 contrast didn't make it look any good!

When you can do this for 2.2 you are God! Can you please try it i like the 1.6 Style alot i miss it in 2.1 and even more in 2.2 becouse there is all black.
edit: There are some things still in darkblue, like SMS when you write it appears in darkblue. Maybe you can find them and fix it. But its not that important, i just wanted to say it. Theme looks great!

Is there any chance to install other themes but only 9 preinstalled ones? I've searched the forums and it seems that such a beautiful phone cannot be personalised too much. My phone runs v6-x820 of Bshuy2003 (5.9 21s). Any ideas?

You have to change the zone of your phone in settings in China mainland and you'll see thousand of themes

So simple, so weird. What's wrong in using that phone outside China? Thanks a lot, anyway!

It works but there is another problem. I cannot apply any of these themes. Tapping Download button gives no result, just nothing happens. Is it because I've removed stock launcher and replaced it with another one? Or maybe because I have no Leeco account?

I changed region to Mainland China and still have only 9 themes to download :/

You need to also make sure the theme chooser app isn't disabled, then when you set the region to Mainland China you should have plenty of themes to choose from. Of course these themes are for the stock launcher. I presume that if you use a different launcher the only difference you'll see is the change of wallpaper. To be honest most of the free ones are not that good anyway, imho. You are better off using Nova or ZenUI if you want to theme.

How to aply app theme ? I push download and upgrade and nothing hapend

Perhaps you have an old version of eUI installed. Did you make the last update to 20s (stable)?

Thanks changing to mainland China gives thousands of themes to play with plus 2 extra app with 1 usefull app which change lockscreen wallpaper hourly .

you need this official app.. this app run very well in my stock "eui 5.8.019S"! Also all themes icon apps change only in eui oficial home. in my Google plus i post the link..

my Google plus is Elton Lima Gonzaga. I can't post the link of the official leEco "theme store", because i am a new member. But in my Google+, in my perfil i have the link of the apk posted a and tutorial in portuguese, but you can use the translation for tradution in your language.

one thing though, in the Xperia home (even in ported installable ones) on OOS, the Icons and text is Huge even when in settings choose small size, is there anything can be done about that

Change to 5x5 row.
Change the dpi to 400.
Install any icon pack.

you may have an issue, i have it working on OP3 new launcher, and on Nova and in Xperia home, actually it's the only wallpaper that is not affected by the )B14 wallpaper bug...
what happens exactly when you apply it?

try and delete the folder with a root explorer, and then extract the zip and install the Loop apk (or there's an instalable version on the this section too it should work, it was reproted working by many people.

Any chance of making an aroma installer so that we can select and install only the apps we want? Only if its not a lot of work as we can always uninstall the unwanted apps later....

This is happening when you installing a custom theme. Try to install it 2-3 times and you will see it in theme store.
