Recently I got my new phone, Xiaomi Mi Note 10. I wanted to unlock my bootloader, but everytime I try to, I get this:

"If you already tried previously mentioned, add your Mi account again, otherwise, you won't be able to unlock your device"
I tried everything: logout from Mi Account, making a hard resest from recovery... and basically I don't know what can I do
Anyone has any idea?

Yes, it's enabled
But It's okay, I tried again today with Mi Unlock and tells me to wait 150h, so nice!
I have to say that last time I tried with Mi Unlock, a error message appeard to check 'Mi Unlock state', so now I think I just have to wait.
So did you solve it? I have the very same problem,wait 168h ****??
You'll have to wait the 168hours , thats how they work it , I had to wait another 8hours or so before I could unlock mine
You guys are lucky.
I was told to wait 648 hours.
I checked every week and saw the counter going down.
After it was below 200 hours it suddenly jumped back to 888 hours.

I Dont Know How this Happened.
But My Phone is stuck of a Screen that has A pixelated Clock and a Cloud.
I even tried formating. Installin firmware again. Nothing seems to work

Ya its stop n get stuck at 90%.
Adb doesnt work. I have my boot unlocked bt FRP is lock. Cant unlock.
I think i have my oem unlock on also.

Your for sure lying because if your would have flash the full ROM all your data would be gone and after a reboot you had to insert your data in the phone again.
its not software problem .. here is the way to fix

I have Developer option turned on but OEM unlocking doesn't show up. Help is appreciated. This is unlocked version.
It shows up fine in mine. UK unlocked version:

I have an SM-F700U1/DS (US unlocked) and also don't have it. I found this article, which isn't specific to the Z Flip, but I'm going to try waiting the 7 days and see if the option magically appears. I'm aware this thread has been dead for a few months so I'm curious if anyone got it to show up.
Those instructions do not work. Nothing I do will get OEM unlocking to show up.

Hello did it work after 7 days?
I have Korean Z Flip 5G and the option is there once the developer options is enabled. Maybe it's due to the differences between regions?

I can't get the bootloader unlock, Cause it keep saying like the picture shows.. Whatever fimware I use or official Unlock Device Tool(9.1.0.8-9.1.0.11) app. It can't be done. Including android P(16.1220.1909.194 &a lot of P version) to Q(17.1810.2005.153).
"An unkonw error occurs, which may be a network connection issue.please wait and try again later"
Actually network can surf totally no problem, but just can't unlock.I had try both of cyanogenmods unlock method can't work.

There is any way back to the older(older than 16.1220.1909.194) or the first fimware? I think maybe it's the fimware 16.1220.1909.194 newer than the unlock apps...I tried the ADB but cant wrrote the older fimware...

same problem here. i tried the 1st firmware that came with it 2019 april .still same problem. this happened after i gave it service regarding a problem which is taking too much time to open gallery. they have reflashe the phone and gave to me with AndroidQ. i tried to unlock with the asus tool. it says network issue. then i downgraded to 16.1210.1904.75
and tried with no success. any help

I saw somewhere people saying to remove device pin before you try unlocking bootloader. I guess you can try that.
Anyone found a solution for the bootloader unlock?
I did literally everything according to instructions, still cant get past this "Unknown Error(-1)". This error happenes at 99% all the time
verification done, but unlock fails at 99.
old mi unlock tools not working also, shows same error.

Noob question: For Bootloader to be unlocked through official mi unlock tool, do u need 2 different internet connection?
Because, i have only one sim and use it to get internet, and have laptop connected to it, so when i put my redmi Y2 to fastboot, theres no internet connection to laptop during unlocking process.
I took the sim out of my fastbooted y2, same unknown error(-1) occured at 99%,
Then i put that sim into my older phone (not y2), and had laptop connected to it, it stopped at 99% again, but showed different error "Your MI ID not associated with a phone number".

So both errors happening at 99%, badly need some guidance from those who have unlocked bootloaders for their S2 or Y2 models using official MI Unlock Tool. Thank you

Is your "Find my device" turned on ?
Did you try reboot and do that again?
You have 2 SIM cards. Try take 1 out. Keep the one with mobile data access.

Well, I just turned off my Find device (Google service & Mi clouds), reboot the phone and do it again
But still failed
I'll try again with 1 sim later, because I don't have my sim ejector right now (left in my other house, lol)
Finally found the solution guys, I just need to sign out the Mi Account and Sign in again
