You should be fine with just flashing the kernel but if you want to keep magisk you will have to reflash that

Trying to install, gets to "patching system image unconditionally" and gets stuck there. I'm on latest firmware and TWRP.
Besides the bugs it's honestly the fastest ROM i have ever used on my SHIELD, amazing job! Waiting for updates

I have on my OPO COS13. 1.2 on primary and two nougat ROMs (ASOP, CM14) as secondaries.
Question is if this ROM build introduced the needed script changes to support multirom flashing and if kernel includes the kexec mod?

I think it's the way nougat loads the partitions, but CyanogenMod has probably already patched it
EDIT: Had this problem on osprey too :/

i tried Link2SD and System app remover with magisk,again with supersu....but problem contiues....i have attached the error message.
I had this prob when i swiped Carbon rom.
after i swiped Rremix there was no problem.
Now i swiped Omni but this problem.
please help me,this is good rom and want to use daily.
Almost any Custom Rom have the same issue, camcorder. Some have dark video/image, others even Not record. MIUI camera app has solved part of that issues but its not perfect (HDR not working or work with decolored image)... My Question, have this Rom this trouble/bugs too? Its the only Reason couse I back to MIUI again....

Due to strict sepolicy you can't do it. If you want to remove any system app use root explorer or use twrp file manager to delete them It's not issue, its more security for you guys

no sound on videos and really laggy on bith saved videos and youtube, music player sound works.
edit fixed i had magisk module audio libs, i disabledz rebooted, played a song n itt works now with now lag either
on derpfest

dint work i posted on tg, i need to play a song to get sound to work and it only lasts for one video

For those who's asking if this will work on miui eu 10.3.16 it will not work and maybe other miui versions too. It just rebooted back to fasboot after flashing.
It's ONLY for custom aosp roms I guess for now?

It does state only custom but a note that it's untested on stock, so guess this confirms it :good:

It does say "Android 10" required on the bottom of the first post.
So I doubt you could flash it on MIUI 10/11 running Android 9 Pie

Has nothing to do with a kernel.
Try clearing the app data, then reboot to recovery, and Wipe Cache and Dalvik.
See if it works after that
Sometimes phone randomly crashes ang goes into soft reboot, back to boot animation then goes into home screen.

I need my phone f9r the weekend so I had to go backnto stock kernel. I'll flash again monday and take a log thrn.
