Hello everyone,
I have a redmi 6 phone and after i tried to flash a wrong twrp, my phone is dead now. Whenever i turn it on, it only makes vibration every 5 seconds. I tried to boot it into fastboot but it didn't work. I also used spflash tool but some errors occurred. The last thing i decided to do is opening my cell phone and detaching its battery but it did not help anymore.
How can i fix that? someone please help me!

Okay, i have been owning a well functioning xiaomi mi note 3 unlocked bootloader, and rooted. Today i tried to install installed lineage os and thats where everything got messed up. I have lost my serial number, IMEI, mac adress and basically everything,,,I cant now use a sim card on my device coz it shut down itself and also cant access wifi, tried installing original firmware but to no avail, only saying missmatching image and device. and its like my phone is pronounced useless, any help will be appreciated!
Did you try fastboot flashing thry MIUI flash tool ?

i had the same problem. if you have twrp, download recovery rom from official site and install it from twrp. then you can install fastboot rom and lock bootloader if you want.
Maybe the efs partition is corrupted
Did you solve the problem? I got the same thing too...
Please help me. I have a chinese redmi note 7 pro. Unlocked it, and After much effort, installed miui eu 9.5.16 (using unnoficial twrp). Then I got a notification about an update for 9.5.30, downloaded it and then it rebooted on twrp, seemed to install it. But then it bootlooped.
I then tried to reflash manually, bootloop continued, tried to install other roms, bootloped always (didn't wipe because I didn't want to lose data).
My final step was to reinstall official india rom using miflash. It flashed successfully, but phone bootloops (now on official recovery).
Miflash has relocked my bootloader, as per flashboot oem info. Now I can't relock bootloader because it says device is not bound to my account, and I can't re enter any OS to bind it again. Trying to reflash chinese or india rom gives "flash xbl rom " error.
Please help.
So I have researched and I'm bricked because I flashed India rom on a China phone.
Does the deep flash mode works to reach edl state on note 7 pro ? From there I may have a solution, even if I have to pay to have an edl account.

EDL accounts can't be bought and u need to pay developers who have access to this or get it to a service centre which has one

Have your tried fastbooting TWRP back? See if you can do that, mine once said Bootloader locked (had a similar problem, except I wasn't switching roms) but was bake to flash recovery, from there wipe the OS and install the one actually intended for your device
Xbl flash error
Hi
I currently bought this used Redmi note 7 phone on the market. It wasn't locked until I updated rom to the current one then it locked upon connecting to wifi or sum data but once u restart without wifi phone doesn't lock. I took some lessons on flashing the rom from china to global rom which I did but I forgot to select clear all on the mi flash tool on my pc so I flashed with global rom but its still locked. As usual phone is fine without internet conncetion . I tried flashing with same rom but i keep getting flash xbl error.
I tried flashing twrp on phone , but it keep saying you can't flash twrp in lock state. My phone now only can make calls without internet connection. Yes ans I also tried flashing a china rom but same xbl error
I need your help

Unfortunately we don't have a Mi help center here
Hi,
I recently got a Note 7 pro from China as a gift and I flashed it to global rom using fastboot. But because there was an app that wasn't working anymore and people have suggested its because the phone is in unlocked mode, so I went ahead and used ADB to lock it and now it's stuck in this recovery mode 3.0. Does anybody know how to either reset the phone or bypass this? Thanks in advance.
First unlock bootloader & flash again with fastboot rom
Locking and re-unlocking the bootloader
To lock the bootloader, the device has to be clean installed in Fastboot mode. For the instructions, see this page.
Once a device has been unlocked, it can be locked and re-unlocked using the same account countless of times, anytime, on any official or custom ROM.

1. Unlocking the phone will never affect any app except Mi Find My Device or other Mi Security (that too it isn't much of an impact)
2.. Now use Mi Unlock to unlock the bootloader, since you already unlocked it would unlock immediately but will also format your phone..
3. Now never lock the bootloader while using a custom ROM
Just tried but won't work... it says that this account is not bound by this device. I think it's in a *bricked* state.
Same here. Cannot unlock. Tried fastboot install with miflashtool.
I think you sign out of mi account before locking bootloader if you have done this then you have to visit service centre, they will be able to flash as they have authorised account or else you can try extracting rom into adb folder & direct click on clear all.bat file if it works
Yes, this is the problem. My mistake was installing pixel experience. After install, the device don't boot up and goes în bootloop and I wasnt able to turn off the device. After, I boot up în fastboot and flashed fastboot stock rom. This rom relocked the bootloader but don't boot. The version of stock rom is the good one, only one from miui site for Redmi Note 7 pro available. My device don't boot and cannot install anything neither stock or custom. The recovery is now stock without the option to turn off or installing update. Maybe i will try @navi_58861170's method. Maybe it will work. În other case we must use edl method which is a little tricky. If you find another way, tell me.
Not working. Sadly.

I've a Redmi 6 which I bricked after I installed twrp and then installing Linage OS 16 on it. Now it is in a situation like no fastboot, no recovery, no display. Vibrating about every 15 seconds later. It's not even being switched off. I tried to flash MIUI through SP Flash tool but it's showing BROM error status_brom_cmd_send_da_fail (0xC0060005) this error. Please help me out.

Sir,
I was trying to install Indonesian fastboot rom for miatol in Curtana. I flashed the ROM folder successfully but after a reboot I thought it's completed and I removed the cable , now it's keeps lights on & off at Redmi logo and not booting at recovery and fastboot mode too ..
Isn't there any way without edl mode to get it back to state?
It will be very happy for me if I get solution for this, and it will be also a good learning experience for me..
Thanks to all
