Is there any chance we can port custom kernels like elemental x to nokia 3 stock pie?
Is it even possible, if i knew how i'd port one myself :')
somehow this device performs even worse than my old devices like Nexus 5x, and its been like that on all versions of android on this phone :/
if its possible, can someone guide me where to start?

First of all, porting firmware from one device to another is extremely unlikely to function properly. If you can even get it to boot (the hardest part), a LOT will be broken as it was not built relevant to the hardware. Porting a custom ROM is even more pointless when it can be built specifically for your device.
OxygenOS has not been released yet, but it's likely to have features that other custom ROMs already have/can easily replicate.
Porting "CM12S" from the OnePlus One to the Nexus 5 is ultimately pointless. CM12 can be built from source anyways, then you can just take the few additional extra apk files from CM12S and paste them in.

I am looking to remove CM from my OnePlus One and install stock android 5.1.
Cannot seem to find a guide on doing so.
Could anyone advise noob-frendly-like, please?

I dont think you will get a stock android for OPO. You can browse thru various ROM's and get which is nearly equal to Stock but not 100% stock.

Stock 5.1 is not relased for yet the OPO. If you mean AOSP (Vanilla - Nexus series) android, there are some in the development section.

Yeah I meant vanilla Android. Was hoping one could download n5 or n6 rom and just install it. but seems it doesn't work this way.

Yes. Please dont do that.
Flashing ROM designed for other devices can leave your phone bricked.
This phone is built for cyanogen or Oxygen which is One Plus own software. The other you are asking about are for factory phones that use Android. The only phone true android is by Google.

its ported to the nexus 4 so it is possible even though it is based off kitkat, coloros 2.1 is 5.01 from what i gathered.
i doubt it will get much support with android m coming out,many will be looking forward to leaving lollipop

Maybe there are people who like color os, i dont have much experience. But can anyone please give it a shot?
Anyone with the proper knowledge to port android one rom from A1 to Mi4c ?
Seen videos that compare the 2 variants, one with miui 9 and the other with android one (same phone, same hardware, identical devices in short) and
android one is a lot faster.
Don't know if it is possible, just had an idea.
Stock android for our device is very interesting as a thought.
Any real Dev which thinks this as a good idea ?

I am on aicp 12.1 right now no complain, excellent work by the devs, but i thought stock would be an interesting alternative.
Anyways....Different soc so not possible.
Dont know if it is possible but i also saw nexus 5x with google pixel rom OREO (same sd 808)
Maybe this is more easy to accomplish ?

Easier theoretically. But libra isn't a famous device and few developers willing to devote to it.
In a few days when my wifi gets fixed i want to try to build MIUI 7 to my P3110 using this guide and this base rom.

They tried to build one and the thread for same is in unified section but it was full of rrors and discontinued.

well the guide was outdated as hell so i did the reasonable thing and ported miui v4 with an even older guide. Ported it from galaxy nexus. Hope my tablet doesnt die
edit: the tablet is alive doesnt boot tho
