Hi ,
I have a Samsung Galaxy A7 2018 and I would like changing original ROM.
I have older phone ( S5, S4 Mini , J5 ) and I install Lineage.
I very statisfied Lineage OS very stable , easy to handle . I've never had a problem with it.
I would like install A7 2018..expected to translate this?

remember J5 is running on a snapdragon 410 which is a popular and widely used cpu
therefore there are many devices wih a stable CM so porting a stable 1 is easy.
just like J7 snapdragon version. they can easily get stable CM
as for exynos... thats a samsung processor and powers like 5 6 samsung's??? relax we have to make our CM piece by piece

I want To exchange MY J7 with J5 only for CM ?
I prefer CM 13 for J7 because it's more recent and it has more options. If you can port it I and a lot of people who want CM will be very greatful

As mentioned in the title I want to overclock my tablet's cpu. I rooted the tablet and installed lineage os 13 on it, but I can't seem to find a kernel that supports lineage os 13. So, are there even any that do or will I just have to flash a new rom on it?

i am searching for a working rom for my old tablet samsung Tab S2 SM T810. i testet the lineageos 16 on it, but on that rom wifi doesn`t work.
can u show me a working android 9 rom or can someone tell me how i can fix the wifi problem?

Samsung S5 Neo ?? that cousin of ours shares the same chipset and gpu as our J7. So I assume porting the LOS is possible.

Yeah I'm super interested in a Lineage OS Build for the J7 2015's,I'm currently on OSKiller v2 Final Port for my J7 Exynos 7580 (MetroPCS)
My old and very underpowered phone compared to J7, Galaxy Grand Prime has LineageOS 16 almost stable even though dev and people are abandoning that device. Seeing J7 not having LOS 16 is quite disappointing.

Hello there. I have a Samsung QE43Q60A TV.
I want to cast the audio from the TV to my phone/tablet with the use of Smart Things app. GUESS WHAT?! It's not possible on most of the SAMSUNG devices that I have tried.
THEY ALL HAVE BEEN UPDATED AS WELL AS THE SMATTHINGS APP.
Let's sum it up:
- Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 (Android Pie, unrooted but knox flagged) : NOT POSSIBLE
- Samung Galaxy M31 (Android 11, unrooted) : NOT POSSIBLE
- Samsung Galaxy S7 (Android Pie ported rom, rooted): NOT POSSIBLE.
- Samsung Galaxy A71 (Android 11, not rooted): POSSIBLE
- Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 (Note 10 Lite port of Android 10, rooted) : POSSIBLE.*
*previously tried with the TW stock Oreo rom and another port, but on Pie and it was NOT working.
Guess what?? The A71 is pretty useless to me and the A5 2017 is SUPER SLOW.
I have found no way to make this feature work on those other devices. Rooting those recent devices is out of questions. I have tried both the Play Store and Galaxy store version. Useless.
