I have a Huawei P30 Pro running EMUI/Android 10.
When I lift the phone up (it doesn't have to be facing my face), the screen turns on.
How can I disable lift-to-wake?
EDIT: Settings > Accessibility features > Accessibility > Shortcuts & gestures > Wake screen > Raise to wake
Related
Go to Settings > Accessibility > Dexterity and interaction > Gesture wake up > switch toggle on.
Wave hand/finger/anything/object over proximity sensor on the top left and lockscreen will light up, provided phone is in a horizontal plane which is detected by the Gyroscope sensor
Battery drain very little since it's built in!
Hello everybody,
how to get accessibility menu with full screen display turned on?
On Android One phone there is gesture to open that menu but does not work in MIUI
Xiaomi Redimi Note 9S - MIUI 12 Screen Lock disable & Disable - Nov. 10, 2021
My solution: seems simple
Settings > About phone
Tap "Android Version" until "You are a developer" appears.
Back to Settings > Additional settings > Developer options.
Enable "Skip screen lock"... Done!
Options:
> Re-Enable Developer mode lock using the switch at the top of Developer menu.
After Re-enabling Developer lock, to active Developer mode again, same as 2) but tap "MIUI version".
> Lock screen > Set sleep time to 10 minutes. Sleeps but no Lock screen.
Hope that helps someone.
I have nothing valuable on my phone and the Screen Lock just annoys me!
Enjoy.
