I want my phone to make and receive programmable calls and texts

I would like to be able to program it to make calls and even play a recorded message upon being answered
I would like to be able to program it to answer incoming calls and even play a recording.
I would like to program it to send text messages or receive them with automatic replies
even if I am asleep
does this exist?

help! can't receive call (incoming calls)

Please help me i can't receive call (incoming calls) when i try call my phone using other phone it ring then busy,
but i can make calls, text message, receive message, data connection.
my phone is cloudfone thrill 430d (Globe plan) already rooted . stock rom
i already made factory & cache reset on recovery still doesn't work. .
i check phone status on testing menu(*#*#4636*# secret menu on android) check my attachment below. . .
please nid badly help i tried to call my service provider about this but they doesn't know how to fix it..

[Q] Forwarded call notification-Feature required

Hello guys
could some one help me by confirming availability of this feature in android or if there is a third party application or any custom rom could do it?? i need to see a notification when i receive incoming call showing that the incoming call is forwarded. i have Nexus 5 and i run android 6 rom.
it will be thankful and fully appreciated if someone help me to sort this.

Installed Nougat samsung Rom on Samsung Galaxy young (Missing incoming calls screen)

Hi everyone i recently switched my phones ROM to Nougat android 7 , but i cant seem to receive incoming calls, there is no notification or display to the incoming calls, but am able to make outgoing calls this is the only bug i encountered
I hope there is a way to go around this issue since i have tried apps that may tend to answer your calls for you, but the problem seem to go down deep beyond the caller apps

i am not able to recive calls on my watch

After the last update, I do not take calls on the watch.After the call is completed on the phone, I get a message about missed call on the watch,but I am not able to receive calls on the watch.Does anyone have a similar problem.My gear s3 is BT version.
