Hi all, i am looking at buying the wife a tablet and have settled on the Tab A 2019. There are two different versions, the T510 Wifi and T515 LTE which is about £50 more. I was just wondering since everything i've read on line says they're the same innards, would it be possible to purchase the T510 and reflash it with the T515 firmware thereby upgrading it to the LTE version?
Thanks for any info.
Regards
This isn't possible. The T515 LTE has cell radios which are not present in the T510.

Hi all,
I am confused about the various models of tablets of Samsung and their price. Can anyone tell me the price of Samsung Galaxy Tablet (7-inch P3100) in US which has Wifi as well as 3g support?
In India its priced around 19,000 INR of 16GB with Wi-fi as well as 3G for 16GB model. But in US there are some models which are priced at 250$, but without 3G support.
The only model I've seen available in the US is the P3113. The P3100 and P3110 are sold in Europe AFAIK, and you can't get either in the US without importing them.
P3100 sold in here (asian) is about $399, and the only difference with the P3110 (other than the phone ability) is that it doesn't equipped with ir.
I bought my P-3100 from Negrielectronics.com on Sunday and I received today, $388.50.I'm in the USA if that helps.

Is it possible to take a Verizon branded LTE 7.7 tablet and turn it into a P6800 w GSM support? Does the VZ branded unit have the same radios, just some enabled/disabled?

So, no responses? I just cannot go through all the pages of this device. I guess I won't be buying that second-hand unit anytime soon!
Perhaps if you put your question in the questions subforum it'd be more likely to get a response.

Hi,
Does anyone have a link to an example/video on how to root the
Samsung Tab 3 2014 LTE (P605)? There's plenty of examples/files for the P600
but not this one as far as I can see.
Also, mine was bought in Germany but I wish to Anglicise it, is this possible with
rooting? e.g. Samsung apps are always in German even if every possible language/location
setting is not Germany/German.
Thanks in advance.
I have a quick question. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 LTE Verizon. I am not going to buy a data plan, I just wanted the upgraded hardware that comes with the LTE version. I tried updating the tablet (android operating system) and I get an error.
I am connected to Wifi. Do I need a contract to update my tablet? I have heard that verizon will unlock a tablet for you...not sure if that is true. Thanks for your help.

So Samsung has recently rolled out a few new 4g lte tabs these past months (usa Tab E and Tab A) before Christmas. I personally picked up the Sprint 4g 8" variant SM-T377P and am happy with it. I know there is not much support for these new models yet and want to hear from you guys who may have picked one up. Verizon and T-mobile have theirs as well. I belive Verizon went with the Tab A 4g version that is 9.6. Any news on rooting the SM-t377 devices? Im sure a butt load of people will be getting these by the end of the year. By the way i am happy with mine, 1260x800 8" 16gb 1.5g ram isnt bad for a lte tab less than 300usd.
Not a single person has any help with these new lte 4g samsung tabs that just came out through sprint, t mobile, and verizon.
