can you help me the HTCTControlsettings application there is it possible to have it in a language other than english there is the choice of languages but it is always in english.

Hi every one, excuses for my english itś too bad. I am interesting in change the system language at my hx2190b. The original languge itś English but I loves change at Spanish, but when I execute the Rom update do not install this Spanish package.
