i have not rooted or flashed anything phone is 2-3 days old i get the zip and it gives me an error this phone is completly stock this will probably be a quick problems for you guys thanks

i did it turns out i was using the 20mb file instead of the full one that is 89mb or something like that
I swore this was blank when i sent it in. I knew they were wiping it but curious if these are just always there or come with the latest update (11.2.8.8)
was about to check em out but i just got this back so im playing only the classics for now.

if I only want to update the firmware without resetting the smartphone, is it enough to flash the current bootloader and the current radio image via fastboot or do I have to consider anything else?

yeah idk what happened, i tried like 20 times reinstalling other twrp versions and i get the same thing (this happens when i try to wipe, i try to install rom but i just bootloop)
can you try to flash stock rom with pit in odin? because i think it could be a partitioning problem
