I am looking for framaroot like app for my friend's docomo Sony Xperia z3 so-01g (bootloader locked), so far absolutely nothing, please help.

Check and you can unlock the bootloader, so try the method Sony try to reconnoitre Flashtool but it fails me not installed Drivers (Windows 8 Use) not because it gives this.
Also let me know if I can set you some other firmware to remove the customization of my carrier, and thus being able to root because I can not get it ..
