Youll have to download the whole stock firmware (not the cwm flashable) and flash the approprtiate files
No other way im afraid

Yes, I checked that but it gives only the fastboot for 10.0.3.
10.3.0 and 10.0.3 it's the same build. It's just for different country or area.

You can downgrade or install another rom, but first you need to unlock the bootloader.
