Bootleggers ROM is an aftermarket firmware based on Ground Zero Open Source Project (GZOSP) and brings custom features with the most useful apps on your device, with the goal of "Making you feel like 家".
Using the stability and compatibility of GZOSP, this ROM is also packed with some custom wallpaper (Dawn by fxckingdeathwish), ringtones, and fonts, to bring to your device into a more fresh look, also with a selection of icons, header packs and wallpapers (on ShishuWalls app).

How to report a bug:
Requirements:
The system data must be totally untouched. No Dolby Atmos/Viper Sound thing/Xposed Installations allowed.
Kernel must be the one that's shipped with build. Bug reports on any custom kernel won't be entertained.
Data needed in the report:
Official build which broke something
Last known good official build which doesn't have the said bug.
Logs attached: dmesg, radio log, logcat, screenshot if visual artifact.
Best way to replicate the said bug
Bug type: Only device bugs will be considered.

Android Ice Cold Project
AICP is known by everyone as the "Ice Cold Project" that started on a Desire HD years ago (2012) and since then has evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community that you can find!!!
Until Android Lollipop, the ROM has always been based on AOKP. Unfortunately, since AOKP stopped development (but made a comeback later), we changed our base to CM.
With the re-brand of CM to LineageOS (LOS) we became LineageOS based with some tweaks from AOSP and we are now based on the "Ground Zero Open Source Project" (GZOSP) for Android Pie.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them out or the GZOSP team, if it concerns their code base. This ROM isn't GZOSP supported, so there is no need to report errors/bugs to them!!

The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android Pie. You don't need to install any Add-ons, simply download the latest ROM and GApps, then follow the flashing instructions and go!
If you want the device to run the ROM "rooted", you can flash a root solution of your choice after the ROM Zipfile.
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup (or with any backup/restore app) as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug, restoring regular apps is fine though.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.
How to flash for the first time:
(Again: Don't do it if you don't know!)
1. Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
2. Boot to recovery (Unofficial TWRP by Rama is recommended).
3. Wipe all and leave Internal, SD Card and OTG.
4. Flash the latest pie firmware
5. Flash the ROM Zipfile.
6. Flash the GApps (optional, needed for e.g. Google Playstore to work).
7. Reboot and set up your device, enable developer settings and in them OEM unlock/Advanced reboot/USB tethering.
8. Reboot back into TWRP recovery.
9. Flash the root solution of your choice (optional).
10. Reboot your device.
The ROM has GApps persistence in between dirty flashes, so you only have to flash them once!

Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)

If you want turn off the always on display then go to settings > display > always on display
Turn it on and turn it off
For new tree build
If you have problem with Led turned on and not turning off after checking the notification then turn on camera>turn on selfie cam then turn it off. Go to settings search for led you will find settings for led blinking when notification arrives. Turn it off. The problem is gone.
If you have problem with charging. If fast charge doesn't work, then try couple of times to plug in the cable it should begin to work in the 2 or 3 try.
If you turn on smart pixels you will have problems with fingerprint unlocking. (It won't recognize your fingerprint)

you can check anx camera, but fixes for 48mpx had caused camera motor crash it didt worked anymore and then you needed to delete some libraries or clean flash of rom (check redmi k20/mi9t group on telegram)

The rom seems very stable, thanks for the great work!
Only thing I can't get to work are the arrow keys for cursor navigation when the keyboard is open. They simply don't appear in the navigation bar, is there an extra setting somewhere I have missed?

Widevine L3 is the the only issue. Other than that its excellent rom. Best custom ROM so far.

I used the latest Global firmware (10.3.11) but had issues with certain apps force closing so I flashed the latest China firmware (10.3.15) and now the ROM appears to be running with more stability.
Only issue I've encountered on the latest build is face unlock not working despite trying different gapps. AOD and FOD working well though for me and they're more important for my usage.

I post every update on my telegram channel https://t.me/aosipdavinci. And wanted to change the titel but xda blocked the changes. I have posted the changelogs under the thread. When they unlock then i will change. But i have given here the link to the gdrive that everyone can check on it if there is a new build (if they dont use telegram).

Use the latest firmware for you device type. I use fw_davinci_miui_DAVINCIGlobal_V10.3.11.0.PFJMIXM because i have a global device. As i know they are not any changes in battery/performance when you change fw but you can try by yourself.

it stays on the boot screen

Use custom vendor from me .. it works. TESTED By users.

Hi, I can't seem to get it to boot, after flashing your custom vendor and then the ROM, it just stays on a black screen, even the logo does not show up.
BTW I was using the previous version fine.

normal it boots, did u install another kernel? have u wiped data/system/vendor/cache, than custom vendor > rom > reboot, it wil lworks.. but if not wait till few days, ill rebuild with new patch.

I did tried this again just to be sure I wiped system/data/cache/vendor and then I flashed your custom vendor and then the ROM but nothing, got stuck on black screen again, your other ROMs work fine. I am going to wait for the update. Thank you for maintaining your ROMs.

Hi, this Is great rom but on my A40 still can't make bt-call. I don't know why because should be already fixed. In every other your rom It works.

Thanks, will try. Last question: i also tried to flash coming from alt-f4 on OneUI 2.0. do I need to flash again alt-f4 and then the update or i can just wipe from my actual rom and install the update?

No Wipe data, cache, system, flash rom > reboot to system, Done!
