I got mine (Gundam) from liaow. They're not the cheapest but reliable and great service.

Yh it was them Switzerland listings they had a legit royal mail tracking number an all took about a week to come in I'm using it right now happy with my purchase

Yeah I went through them too but they didn't update their stock levels and have indeed sold out.

I live in europe, but not in UK. Does anyone have ideas about how I should get my hands on the Nexus S, when it becomes available?

Please inform us if you will recieve a phone ..
A lot of friends bought iPhone 4 in Apple store in other country and they recieved it via freight forwarders. It would be strange if Nexus S can be bought in this way, because they will only lower their sales.
According to this review, it will be available in EU in February and it will have lower price than Galaxy S i9000:

Huh. Disappointing, and smells of politics
Well, if BB don't want my money, then I will happily take it elsewhere. There might be an initial rush, but come January it will not be difficult to get one online, no matter where you live. Well, perhaps if you're on the ISS.
I think you can use site like MyUSABox (http://www.myusabox.com/), but personally I don't have experience with it. Don't know if anyone can comment about the site

I live in Greece....so if i am gonna buy it from ebay (US) does it comes with comes with one year warranty?...and after how many months do you think it will be sold in ebay (US) in the same price it is sold in US market (530$)?

Seems pretty unlikely.
I'm pretty sure they are unable to block credit cards by country.
If your credit card belongs to an established network (Visa or Mastercard for example), the payment should go through smoothly.
I'll be placing an order as soon as the Nexus S is in stock at best-buy.com, I'll keep you guys posted regarding the payment.

I find no mention of warranty anywhere at all at Google, eBay or Best Buy. US warranties tend to be short, so I'd guess a phone sold in Greece would have a longer warranty, but at a higher price.

You can try hopshopgo buy for me service. They will charge 10% for the amount you want to buy then use DHL to ship it for you.
I have use it 2 times to ship the item to me that the site dont have international shipping and payment.

am in the uk and bought mine from eBay.com and it took only 5 working days to arrive to me here in london, but i had to pay an extra £90 for shipping and custom charges

Just buy one on ebay, yes you will pay a little more, but as yet there is no UK release date or price

Price should convert straight into pounds unless your bank adds a fee. But you will have to pay quite a bit for privately shipping the device and you may also have to pay customs which could set you back a fair bit.
I paid £288 and then my bank charged about £8-9 conversion fee i chose for my bank to convert the currency instead of paypal don't know if it works out cheaper but my guess is it is cheaper.

Paypal for my orders abroad have always done the conversion for free. But when paying £288 already, an extra 10 quid or so isnt a big deal I guess.

Argh!!! I had to go through the Verizon help center agent, and she did try to help me by referring me to Best Buy and using their online purchasing system. I live 40 miles north of Tulsa and "running into the local cellphone store" is not on the bucket list.
guess I will have to be glad that all of the upgrade fees were revoked, Best Buy gave me a value card towards future purchase.... Didn't match your deal, but better than going online at Verizon.

I bought the Note 3 from Costco last year and they only charged me tax off the sale price of the phone. Hope this is still the case. I'm thinking about adding two lines and getting the S5 for my folks.

its a little trickier... they will only charge you the "sale" price but they also tax you on the sub price so tax is over 50 bucks.
just order it online.. est delivery for May 1 ..I also ordered one on Amazon but its est is for Jun... lets see who wins

I cancelled the Costco order because the Amazon order shipped and arrived already.. both had the same price.

I preordered mine on B&H Photo yesterday. Can't wait!
FYI, B&H isn't expected to have any to ship until November 13th, and that's most likely only for the first orders they've received.

Unfortunately I found this out too late. I just cancelled my B&H order today and ordered from Newegg. Newegg has them in stock and has been shipping since last Friday. I'll have mine from them Wednesday.

Well, I personally have never seen an Asus phone in the wild, in the US. No major carriers sell them, as far as I know. It wouldn't surprise me at all if their projections were low. Maybe newegg got 10 phones, also expecting a lukewarm turnout.
I can't speak to Asus' presence in North America outside the US though. Maybe it's bigger in Mexico and Canada and Belize.

I got a discount code for $50 off the price and free shipping from HTC. So off the total price was $70. Shipped price was $799 plus tax.
