Hi @waittime, this thread is being closed since a GCam thread already exists. Kindly continue the discussion in this thread. Having multiple threads for different versions of the same mod is not productive, and it's better to have one single thread where the discussion can take place.
Have a nice day!

Hello All.
I have noticed an increase on [REQ] and "Request" threads in the "APP and Themes Forum".
Please remember that the above forum is for applications, mods and themes releases, not for making request of any kind. That is why we have a

Edit: If you realize that your thread was deleted, think why it was deleted in the first place, We have already spent 4 months since the device release moving your threads, it is a very simple instruction, post where it belongs, thats it.

Hi all,
Curious of those who have been using Sony devices for a bit if there are any particular devs to follow that make Gcam releases for Xperia devices. If there is one out there in the wild now, what do you recommend?
Thanks

As per the post, the new version of Firmware will be released in end of March or the following month.

Welcome to XDA. I hope you'll always get the support you require.
Prior to your next posting please read the guidances that are stuck on top of every forum like

and the others. Your thread doesn't qualify for a development section. I've moved the thread to Android General.
Additionally, I've removed the two links from your post. First, as an exemption from the last bullet of rule no. 5 of the XDA Forum Rules, we grant only developers the privilege to share references to their social media in their own development threads and if thorough support is provided in the thread. These conditions obviously don't apply to this thread. Additional information is also available here:
WhatsApp / Telegram Chat Channels - Way Forward
Why was your Telegram/WhatsApp group/channel thread closed? Well, it's just becoming too much. Going forward, we will only allow only one Telegram/WhatsApp link in a development thread by the ROM developer provided thorough support is still...

Please refrain from sharing social media links in future unless done in your own development thread.
The second link has been deleted based on the 3rd bullet of rule no. 11 of the XDA Forum Rules: "Encouraging members to participate in forum activities on other phone related sites is prohibited."
Thanks for your cooperation.

MOD ACTION:
Thread closed since the OP has removed the contents of the first post.
I keep seeing it on every rom thread but yet to find out what it means.

The Original Poster (also abbreviated as OP) of a ROM thread very often additionally creates posts no. 2 and/or no. 3 immediately after he created his ROM thread i.e. after the creation of the thread's first post (that is also known as the Opening Post, which is also abbreviated as OP).
If the OP hasn't yet a content for the posts #2 or #3, then he enters "reserved" meaning these posts are reserved for his future use that e.g. could be to add changelogs in post #2 if new versions of a ROM are released.
I hope I was able to sufficiently answer you're question.
By the way, a remark: We only allow developers to reserve posts in their own development thread, and nobody else. This means if you pass by "reserved posts" that don't comply with this condition, please report such a post via the report function. Thanks for your cooperation.
