Yesterday i tryed to upgrade my Huawei Ascend G6-L11 on KitKat 4.4 but i failed and now my phone is in bootloop and i can't do anything. I tryed with factory reset but again my mobilephone is in bootloop. I tryed to install android 4.2 from huawei site and tryed to install him with: apply update from external storage but when i do it i get message: update package's ext name error. Installation aborted.
Then I tryed to fix my phone with ADB, i download fastboot but i can't find CM11 for my device...
If someone know how to fix it please tell me and im really sorry bcs my bad english but im desperate

Try flashing a rom like slimstock, or anything that is a flashable .zip for your phone. Maybe an G6-u10 rom will boot fine (maybe it needs your original L11 boot.img).
It will fix your bootloop, dont worry about that.
If you have a unlocked bootloader and a phone that turn on (If it can boot to the bootloader/recovery), you can fix it easilly.

yes i can access fastboot and twrp , dload stop in 5 % with all stock room , i think that issue with /data/media is empty there is no data or applications installed , if you have userdata.img please upload it , thank you .

recovery not accept the dload room file all stock room , stooped in 5 % with all , i format data with twrp , i think that is the problem there is no data in /data/media that mean no applications installed on system , i need userdata.img and try again
