[Q] Unlocking alcatel one touch-maybe!!!

Hello i read this theard on forum android serbia.In this theard we can se way for unlock telenor touch plus.I don`t know did can unlock and telenor one touch ot 990 this way. I please senior members to see this and say their opinions>, did is true and can we use for alcatel one touch ot 990.
How to unlock your Telenor Touch Plus.
1: Make a note somewhere in your IMEI number and the MAC / address you may need it later if you unlock after the WiFi does not work or you have any problems with the MAC address. Settings - About phone - Status IMEI Wi-Fi MAC address
2: Backup your phone using MyPhoneExplorer, or any other program because it deletes all the data (phonebook, messages, calendar)
3: Download the following files on your computer: OUK_P736VV1.0.0B13 21.04.2012. last official ROM (Default Stock ROM)

QPST program za Backup / Restore data

(The program is used to backup phone settings, IMEI, MAC address)
4th Rename OUK_P736VV1.0.0Bxx-update_signed.zip to update.zip and copy to your memory card into the main directory.
5th Unzip all three archives (TMV_CWM_Recovery, and TMV_Unlock Install_QPST_FromGAF
.6th Connect phone to computer via cable. In the phone options enable USB Debugging option Settings - Application - Development - Debugging USB
7th Unpacked from the archive TMV_CWM_Recovery run install-recovery-windows.bat and wait. Stock recovery will be recorded and the phone will restart. This may take a few minutes. If you get <waiting for device> to mean that drivers are not installed properly and Windows did not recognize the phone. When all is finished turn off the phone (if you're able to extinguish it, just remove the battery).
8th Hold the Power button and Volume Down until you see the FTM on the screen.
9.From Install QPST unpacked the archive, run Setup.exe and install program
Backup through QPST:
First: Do backup your data as it is all erased.
2. Remove the archive and extract it and run setup.

3. Put yourself in the recovery through a combination of buttons Power + Volume down button
4.Run QPST and mind you do in the bottom status bar, you have the option Server Running .... if you do not go to the Server and the server from the Run menu option. Picture

5.Now add your unit. Go to the Ports tab and Add the new port.Choose USB / QC Diagnostic port and click OK.

7. Now click the Start menu and click on Clients Software Download.

8.Backup tab, then on Browse, and save the file somewhere on your computer and press Start. When it is finished you will have all the settings of your phone taken.

9. To restore the settings you go to the Restore tab. Over Browse button to open your settings and turn on Allow phone / file ESN mismatch, if necessary.

10.When all this is done, turn off the QPST program, run from a folder TMV_Unlock Download.exe on Start to start unlocking. This process takes up to 10 minutes. When all is finished, return the settings from QPST program, described in the step above and you have the phone unlocked for all networks.

Bricked lumia 710 recovery solution

I bricked my lumia 710 while flashing it and wanted to recover it fast since I didn't wanted it to send to the service center so I found this solution ..
IF YOU HAVE BRICKED YOUR PHONE WHILE FLASHING , AND IT ONLY VIBRATES NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS OR IT JUST KEEP SHOWING THE NOKIA LOGO FOLLOW THIS .
1. First download the stock rom from navifirm and then search for the biggest file boot.esco one and now extract it using winrar or 7zip .
2. You will find a file named boot.img .
3. Rename this file as boot.nb (name could be any just file extension should be .nb)
4. Now the tricky part , remove your battery from the device and put the backcover and connect the device to the computer .
(It may start to vibrate let it vibrate )
5. As soon as the vibration is finished press the volume up key , and enter the nand mode.
6. Now open the nss program go to Flashing >wp7tools> os file and select the one you just renamed .
7. Click on write os and leave it once done it will prompt you to remove the battery and insert again .
8. Insert your battery after disconnecting your phone from the computer .
9. Press power button and your mobile will be working properly again .
It worked for me and it may work for you also .
You can write os everytime like this it isn't affected and also battery is not drained in this case ...

My name is Andrew and recently I tried to root my Huawei G510 but I couldn't find any tutorial that covered everything from root to custom recovery and custom ROM so I decided to take a few pieces from every post that I saw and to try it.I want to mention that I am on Mac OS X and almost all the solution I found were for Windows which I don't like and I don't have a copy of it.
Firstly you need to root your phone and for that we will use 'Cydia Impactor', an application that is made by saurik[/] which is the creator of cydia.You can download Cydia Impactor from here and it should work on almost any device (and if it doesn't it won't brick your phone or something like that, according to the website).
Download Cydia Impactor.
Open Cydia Impactor.
Plug your phone in your computer and enable USB Debugging (by going to Settings -> Developer Options (turn it on if it is off) -> Android Debugging). ( pic. #1 )
If you don't have Developer Options go to About Phone and press multiple times on Build Number. ( pic. #2 )
Be sure that '# drop SuperSU su to /system/xbin/su' is selected and press Start.
After a few seconds your phone should be rooted, to check if the operation worked install.
this application and press 'Verify ROOT'.You should see 'Congratulations! The device has root access.'
Download the 'Android' archive from the bottom of this post. It contains adb and fastboot for Mac OS X. I also attached an 'Android-ALL' archive that also contains adb and fastboot for Linux and Windows but I am not sure if it works. Also download the latest .img file from here (it's TWRP) and put it in the same folder.
[*]Now we should unlock the boot loader. Fortunately there is an app on the Play Store which will do just that for you. Install it from here.
Open it, click 'Check ROOT Acces', click 'Huawei U8951 Bootloader unlock'.
The device will restart in a bit and you will see some kind of a chinese logo, ignore it.
[*]Now that we have the phone rooted and the bootloader is unlocked we can flash a custom recovery.
Put your phone in fastboot.
Shutdown your phone.
Take the battery off, wait ~10 seconds.
Put the battery&cover back in.
Press 'VOL -' and 'Power' at the same time for ~ 10 seconds.
Open terminal, do 'cd <the android folder location>' (i.e /Users/flyingpotatoes/Desktop/android).
Type './fastboot flash recovery recovery.img', recovery.img being your version of TWRP.
Wait until it says that it is done and then do './fastboot reboot'.
[*]Let's put a custom rom.
Download your CUSTOM ROM and put it on your sdcard.
Repeat 1.10 but replace 'VOL -' with 'VOL +' (from 1.10.4).
You should now be in TWRP recovery.
Go to Wipe and Swipe to Factory Reset.
Go back, go to Install -> *your custom ROM*.zip -> Swipe to confirm flash.
Reboot.
[*]Enjoy your rooted G510!

Its not good that we don't have Windows 10 on our old devices and I recently found a trick to "interop-Unlock" old Lumia phones . with "CustomWPSystem_0601.xap" (selecting mix radio app and "vcREG_MIX_RADIO_bootstrap.xap" to deploy) and with registry changes you can get Windows 10 mobile. but for Some people like me ( in Iran ) MixRadio is not available.but don't worry its not going to keep us from getting Windows 10 have a lot of this Tutr all around but this is a full ALL-IN-ONE for Lumia 820
BY DOING THIS THE WARRENTY IS PERHAPS VOIDED DUE TO ROOT ACCESS GRANTTING AND BOOTLOADER UNLOCKING( who knows )
I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY BROKEN DEVICE IN OF ANY KIND.DO IT AT YOUR OWN RISK .YOU WILL LOSE ALL DATA DURING THIS
Tested on Lumia 820 RM-825 Running Windows phone 8.1
NOTE : These steps are very much harder than a simple interop-Unlock and higher at the matter of RISK OF BRICKING YOUR DEVICE. So maybe you get confused or etc.. if you are new to windows phone or if you are a non-expert user. READ BEFORE DOING
1- Opt a Stock FFU file or Download via "NSU For reatil" or "Microsoft Device Recovery" . then name should be something like "RM825_3051.50009.1424.0002_RETAIL_im_mea3_287_02_440287_prd_signed.ffu"
pay attention to 3051.50009.1424.0002 part of the name it should be EXACTLY THE SAME WITH YOUR CURRENT VERSION IN PHONE (for you maybe a different number but still should be same in both your device and FFU file you got). If your Version is not the same, flash it with "NSU For retail" or any other tool.
2- Download Zip File from below and unpack it somewhere safe
3-Make sure to turn off your antivirus and HIPS and Auto Sand box if you have any
4-Go to dir where you unpacked the zip file and head t o "Windows phone Internals" and run "WPinternals.exe" you need to be Admin
5-OPTIONAL : Make a backup of your data
6-Connect your turned on Lumia to PC and let Driver get installed
7- Install "Nokia Emergency Drivers" . I used this. its better to restart your PC then.
8-In "Windows phone internals" click on "Unlock bootloader". and Select the folder you placed FFU file and set "Emergency Files" folder from Extracted(ONLY FOR LUMIA 820 <<RM825_3051.50009.1424.0002_RETAIL_im_mea3_287_02_440287_prd_signed.ffu>> FOR OTHERS VISIT THIS AND DOWNLOAD YOUR OWN) file to respected field and at last "Engineering SBL3" (FOR ALMOST ALL OLD PHONES IS IN ZIP FILE") folder to respected field. and hit continue. Follow next steps on screen
IN NEXT STEPS IGNORE ANY DRIVE ADDED TO YOUR PC . DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING
9-Then hit "Enable root access " in windows phone internal and set respected fields then hit continue. follow next steps on screen
10- at last when Root access is enabled . you will in stock in Storage mode.to Escape press and hold "power+Vol Down" about 10 secent until phone vibrate (this is a soft reset). after all your phone will restart and will normally boot
11- Use "WPV XAP Deployer 2.0" to Deploy "CustomPFD_0600.xap" (You can find both in extracted zip file) (no need for "developer register" due to Root access)
12-Open CustomPFD added to your app list and head to HKLM-->SYSTEM-->Platform-->DeviceTargetingInfo and change these
Single sim only :

13- Download windows insider and roll in
14- now due to checksum computing during updates you need to Disable root access (BUT DO NOT RESTORE BOOTLOADER). so get back to Windows phone Internal and Disable root access. then rebbot and get back to normal .
15-check for update first one will be preparation and at secent you will get Windows 10 :laugh:
NOTE : your bootloaer will remain unlocked no problem till now BUT if we get any update to change anything to Secureboot then we are probably going to have our devices broken.

Yes and no!
Microsoft has abandoned lumia 820 updates long time ago so 99% there would be no more updates but in that 1 percent they may release an update which contains new bootloader and overwrite the unlocked one. In that case depend on the new mechanism the solutions can vary ?

I am a noob at this and I dont understand lol. Can u explain better maybe?

If anyone is getting the Bluetooth issues after upgrading (it disables itself/needs to have flight mode switched on and off etc.) I think it's an issue with the latest build that update is sending (I think the last 3 numbers of the version number are 4xx (469?))
With a bit of experimentation (I have a couple of test 820 boards that have broken sim slots) I found that Technical Preview 10.0.14393.67 seems to work OK (most likely with other issues, but Bluetooth is OK) - this is the one you get by signing up for fast loop at all stages during the upgrades
EDIT - Turns out you need to perform a full restore once you've updated to .67 to get Bluetooth working again.

I forgot the password of my Nokia Lumia 820 and I am trying to unlock it using the Aroma file manager. I already downloaded and moved Aroma file manager to the memory card. Now I need to boot my locked Nokia Lumia 820 into recovery mode and go to install zip from SD card. BUT I do not know how to enter the recovery mode in a Nokia Lumia 820. I have tried all these combinations: Power + Volume Up - Power + Volume Down - Power + Volume Up + Volume Down, Power + Volume Up + Camera button- etc, and nothing. could you please help me?

I'm quite new to flashing in Windows Phone. Is the update done through Windows Insider OR Settings > Phone Update?

I know it's 5 months already. Yesterday my phone got disconnected while flashing with WPInternals. It was dead. Fortunately, it was detected by laptop. Remember to use original USB cable or compatible. I wasted hours dealing with unbranded cable. Then I changed the cable with Samsung's one and found it working.
One of these three command revived my phone and set the screen to red screen with Nokia logo:

I turned off the phone by detaching the battery and then I reattached it. Execute this command, then connect the phone to laptop.

9-Then hit "Enable root access " in windows phone internal and set respected fields then hit continue. follow next steps on screen
where my phone just went blank, i assume somethings wrong with the bootloader and reflashed the bootloader again(with Engineering-SBL3-Lumia-820.bin)
but its still the same. So I went with rooting into the rom and flashing the rom, which worked. But now since Mass Storage Mode is not unlocked, I can't unroot without flashing again. Anyway, I downloaded Windows insider and tap on getting the preview builds, but a server error occurs. Confirmed that my date and time are alright, I have also did the registry editing. I have tried checking for updates, but it seems like its just another 8.1 update. What should my next steps be? Any advice greatly appreciated!

Try to change the time several hours backward.
When I tried it, Windows Insider successfully checked for update but it said no update. I have no idea if it was my firmware or the update was deleted from the server.

is there a better tutorial? I want to do this in a phone here but don't even know where to start

[Guide] Upgrade to Windows 10 15063, bootloader unlock, root, interop unlock

If you're one of those who has never touched a windows phone before, this guide is for you.
Prerequisites: Windows Device Recovery Tool and internet access on your phone.
Warning
If you've updated to Win10 using insider and you're not getting any updates for fall creators update, follow the guide from start to finish. Don't skip to step 3 just because your phone is already on Win10. Having a carrier branded ROM can cause issues.
STEP 1: Flash unbranded ROM
Since AT&T never provided a version above 8.10.12393.890 and the insider program has been shut down, you must flash an unbranded ROM before you can upgrade to Windows 10. PHONE/SIM WILL NOT WORK, so if you care about receiving phone calls then don't bother.
1. Download an unbranded ROM here, "RM-915 VAR BR CV": https://www.lumiafirmware.com/model/RM-915/hwid/059S2X9
1b. Click 3058.50000.1424.0002
1c. Just download the ffu. You don't need anything else.
2. Open an admin command prompt, cd "%ProgramFiles(x86)%\Microsoft Care Suite\Windows Device Recovery Tool"
You might want to rename your ffu file to firmware.ffu to make it easier to type since you can't drag files into an admin command prompt.
3. type thor2 -mode uefiflash -ffufile "C:\SomeLocationHere\yourfile.ffu" -do_full_nvi_update -do_factory_reset -reboot
Where C:\SomeLocationHere is the location to the file, of course
3b. If your phone is stuck in flashing mode for some reason type "thor2 -mode rnd -bootnormalmode"
4. After it installs and reboots, set up the phone again. Yes it will be in another language. proximo means continue. You can probably get through the setup without too much issues. Aplicativos means it's installing the apps, just wait 15-30 minutes and it should be done.
5. Turn on airplane mode or it will reboot every 10 minutes. Yes, really. Head to settings, idioma, add "Ingles" or your preferred language, hold down, press the second option (move up), hold down on portugese, press the first option (remove), press the reboot button.
6. Head to the software update section and update your device. It will take an update for an update to show, so be patient! If it says there are no updates available after an hour, please message me or if you're feeling adventurous you can try with "RM-915 VAR APAC AU TELSTRA" instead of the Brazillian ROM.
STEP 2: Update to Windows 10
Make sure you've done step 1 so your software version is 8.10.14219.341 or newer, since you cannot use SOUP on an older version.
1. Get SOUP from this guide.
2. Double click run_en.cmd and follow the rest of the instructions.
STEP 3: Interop Unlock:
1. Unlock the bootloader, enable mass storage, and root using this guide. Yes, you can use the .ffu for Windows 8.1 to unlock your Windows 10 Nokia.
2. Go to settings, search developer, tap the result that says "For developers".
3. Set it to Developer mode.
4. Set the date back to a time before Nov 24 2018 and reboot. The Interop Tools cert expired so it won't install if it's past that date.
5. Download Interop Tools, extract it, then copy it to your phone's storage over USB.
6. Open the File Explorer app on your phone, navigate to the directory you copied over, and install the files in /Dependencies/arm. Note that there is no installation progress indicator so please wait 30 seconds-1 minute before installing the next one or the app will not install.
7. Install the InteropTools appxbundle.
8. Open Interop Tools, go to the interop unlock section
8b. DO NOT TAP THE STORAGE UNLOCK SWITCH!!! USB WILL STOP WORKING! (You can turn it back off anyways if you accidentally turned it on)
9. tap the interop unlock switches and restore NVDK. Your phone is now Interop Unlocked!
STEP 4: Update to Fall Creators Update
You need to make your phone appear as a Lumia 950 XL.
1. Open Interop Tools, go to the registry editor
2. Navigate to HKLM\SYSTEM\Platform\DeviceTargetingInfo
3. Change the values to the following:
PhoneHardwareVariant : RM-1085
PhoneManufacturer : MicrosoftMDG
PhoneManufacturerModelName : RM-1085_11302
PhoneModelName : Lumia 950 XL
4. Reboot
5. Check for updates
6. Update the phone (You might have to wait a few hours before any updates appear)
7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you reach 15063
If you ever want to change back, the original values are:
PhoneHardwareVariant: RM-915
PhoneManufacturer: NOKIA
PhoneManufacturerModelName: RM-915_nam_usa_228 (Your phone might be different, best to keep it backed up!)
PhoneModelName: Lumia 520

2. Use the 2nd Generation\480x800 folder, then run iutool like the guide tells you.
3. After iutool copies all the files and says "Updating system" or such, go to settings -> check for updates to see the progress of the update installation. Now you just have to wait for about two hours for it to complete.

The first two methods do not work on Nokia Lumia devices isn't there any other method to get windows 10 on Lumia 520 without unlocking bootloader

For me for some
For me for some reason the 4 Registry keys exist and I still cannot update to 1709, i am on 1703 and i got error 0x80070273
i also change OEMInput.xml according to another guide, still no luck
its 6/2020 and maybe MS changed again something?

I'll have a try with a RM-914 now in 2021, if I reach 1709 I'll be happy !!
