I got this from some Chinese website, I can't remember where since I'm not a Chinese.
Make sure adb is installed.
Extract the folder and open TWRP Recovery.bat
Connect phone in fastboot/download mode.
If successful, press power button till phone turns on. (10-15mins)
On recovery, slide right and disable dm-verify before rebooting to system.
Reboot to recovery and enjoy your TWRP.

I am on L04 in US and would like to use HiCloud to backup my phone except for the photo gallery. I have been using it for a while with my Huawei ID, but it stopped working in the recent 2 months. It keeps saying there is not enough space on the cloud, which it is not true as I have only used 40MB out of 5GB space. Does anyone know what is the issue? Maybe the service is not for people out of China? But you should be find HiCloud on Settings...

I never had HiCloud on my device. In fact for me the theme store also never worked. It was only when I travelled to India and used an Indian SIM it activated the store.

Yes I have. It looks like all your data is being backed up by google, that means its working already. You just need to login using your google Account to your device at the first boot and select the name of this device and that's it. You will get everything (except the app data)
i use high cloud for backup.
I reset my note 7 pro. But when it rebooting it asking for mi account password which i dont remember now. The bootloader is locked. Now come to the main point "is flashing the lattest fastboot rom using deep flash cable through mi flash tool solve the problem and baypasses the mi account???"

You have ruled out the official methods, and I have no other idea. Since your bootloader is still locked, you may have very few options. If you can unlock the bootloader, then you could install a custom ROM. Otherwise, you might want to take it to a Xiaomi shop (I guess they will need clear evidence that this is actually your phone (ie, proof of purchase)).
Go to nearby mi centre or any local shop they gonna fix it.
As explained by others, you need some proof of purchase bill for that, I guess.

This thread is obviously going nowhere and its just one big flame war and for that i closed it.
OP you have been given advice you need to return to the manufacture for your defective device. I would seriously look into that. Please don't open another thread and be combative nor post things that might get you and us in trouble.
Thanks
Wolf

Did you solved this?. I have the same issue and look like the phone had a telco modification (only 1 sim was enable by default). So after flash a new rom the baseband gets lost.
Tell me if you found a solution
Thanks
Completely wipe your phone with orangefox recovery and format data then use latest fastboot rom. Hope this helps.
