Wait -- I thought the G does not have the *hardware* to support miracast? I'm on the fence now for getting a G, and having mircast would definitely change my calculus... I'd be most appreciative if anyone could confirm this (as in, actually wifi-streaming a video using this ROM).

as far as i know its just a software feature added in 4.2, i don't have a miracast dongle yet so could not actually try and connect to anything
i posted the mod here originally for people to test http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2562356
but if your only interested in streaming video & pics, DLNA works fine for that on any phone with wifi,
i have a great DLNA app from a huawei stock rom that i use with the play station 3 to stream movies and pics, can upload it if you want.

Stock based, so i dont think it is compiled from sources. Dispite that: sources aren't fully published yet....

Not sure what you mean there but yeah apparently Single Sim ROM could be installed on Dual Sim devices with the lack of Dual sim support of course.
Is it possible to add additional languages that are in standard android versions?

Yes I did, however it remains not working and touching on quick toggle for Mobile network cause the setting to stop working. Correct me if I am wrong but the phone is supposed to automatically gather the APN setting isn't it?

it depends what's in the apn_conf.xml, but if your having force closes when pressing the data button it must be that the GB retail rom is not compatible with dual sim devices.
I'm still unable to install APKs through file explorers.
Good effort though, kudos for putting it out there first.

Download power toggles off the play store, its a widget when you set it on one of your home screens pick the wifi and data option and confirm then just click what you want on or off easy as that
I use this on kitkat but I don't see why it wouldn't work on lollipop let me know

In Lollipop rom your mobile either wifi or mobile data must be on control by the system, so battery drainage is a problem.
I have spent a few days putting together a Custom ROM for my LeEco Le 2 Pro X620, with the idea to provide a more Stock Android experience.
Features:
- Updated the integrated Google Services
- Replaced the EUI Launcher with the Google Now launcher
- Added in a set of base Google Applications (Gmail, Maps, YouTube, Photos, Music, Calendar etc)
- Added Multi-language support
- Removed unwanted Chinese apps
NOTE: Both the initial flash and first boot can take a long time - please be patient!
The ROM is not rooted - if you wish to root the ROM, download and flash SuperSU from Chainfire. Open the SuperSU app before initialising any application that requires root access granted.

- Included all the additional 20S firmware files so flashing from 18S or below will be successful
- Update the initial boot screen to remove the 'orange state' warning

Notifications
LeEco ROMs are very aggressive in closing down applications in the background, which can lead to missed notifications. I have written up a guide to setting up this (and all other custom ROMs) to ensure that notifications are always received for your apps

I have never used VoLTE so I'm not sure if it works, but it looks like it's enabled by default in Settings / Dual SIM & mobile networks / VoLTE HD call.

I'm now on 023s and everything is great except battery life, there are pretty big problem, so im now looking for 026s for this model or if somebody knows how to solve this battery problem. Thanks in advance.

There is no fingerprint or face unlock option in security options.
Battery is pretty good.
Haven't tested gaming mode yet.
As every other custom ROM, no Jio VoLTE support.
A little bit slow when battery is low.

I installed this rom yesterday. Here are few problems that I am facing. I am using Le Leeco X522 version.
1. Bluetooth is not working. It always crashes.
2. I couldn't find any face unlock option.
3. Double tap is not working.

1. Bluetooth is working fine in my device , try to flash another modem.
2. Face Unlock is only for Official Builds
3. Double Tap is working , i checked .

Though installing was successful, phone isn't booted.
Solved(by wiping system data)
I found an error.
When I try to use screen cast(or mirroring), a device immediately turns off.

l tried almost all your roms you've created/maintaining for LeEco Le 2 and i encountered same issue.. The VoLTE is not working without that i can't Use my primary Sim Jio, it does gets network but I can't make calls. It just gets ended as as soon as i click on call button and i believe reason for that is no support for VoLTE, there's no settings For VoLTE in settings, i really want you and i hope you can fix that issue with VoLTE so i can also enjoy your great work, and big thanks for fixing echo.

I'm using the LineageOS Tree , wich have the echo already fixed . But also doesn't have VoLTE support. if u want , you can flash a old version , but You Will have echo.
i can't fix VoLTE , because i don't have it where i live (and i don't need it)
Other Dev is looking about VoLTE. i will update if VoLTE get a fix
