Volte Not working..could you fix that ?

The updated function produces a error message "The update check failed. Please check your internet connection and try again later". I guess this is because the update web site has been set up for surnia yet ?

Very nice rom, almost perfect for me, many customization settings, fair battery & RAM usage.
Low RAM setting on True (as on unofficial LOS 16)
Found bug on custom ringtones/notification/charging sounds don't work. However they worked, before complete setting & apps install, but it's not on my side because I use same settings on all ROM providers/versions.
Request : I would like to be able to edit/disable WheaterClient.

Clean flash v6.2, latest open_gapps nano and Magisk.
bt not tested, VoLTE not tested.

Found other bugs:
I'm now unable to send message or delete conversation with default app (receiving is ok).
So I installed another one (Pulse) and sending or deleting is working now, but no longer if I switch back to default messaging app.

Frenchy, XT1524 from 2016.01.26, TWRP 3.3.1-0, clean install (full wipe, ext. SD card, last build = v6.5, md5sum OK, no Gapps) :
"Device not supported, phone calls may not work", out of box, without any app added. Just swichted-off location and choose french language.
No more with SMS.
Same message after reboot and after power off / wait / power on.

Also, do you know if it'd be possible to incorperate the bootloop fix directly in LineageOS. (github xcnathan32/4Core-Android-O-5X). I know the device charter forbids messing with clock speeds, which the fix technically does, I'd hope they would make an exception in this case

It would definitely need to be an exception, but even more it shouldn't get just merged and done because there are still devices that are not bootlooping or have been fixed, and the patch would degrade performance. The solution would be to make 2 builds, one patched and the other normal, but I think they don't want to go through the hassle that that is

As far as I understood it, and I could be wrong, there was no true "fix" for the device besides sending it to China to have the SoC replaced with one from a Nexus 6(?), which in itself was pretty expensive. Essentially all devices would eventually bootloop, just some last longer than others. I imagine the installation process would also have to include methods for getting out of the bootloop in order to enable adb/unlock the bootloader, which they may not like either, but these devices are everywhere and I think it's a waste to not do with them what we can. The ones that "won't turn on" are really cheap too, at $10 a piece, and after heating the motherboard with a heat gun (I'm sorry Rossmann) they turn on again, at least for a few hours. That's long enough to apply the fix and get the ROM installed.
Two builds may work but that'd be a lot. I'd rather just have the normal one and make people flash the patch during the install/update process tbh.

Force encryption is disabled by default. Haven't tried to encrypt it through settings, gonna try now.
Edit: don't try to encrypt, i'm labeling it as broken for now.

Hi theandroid02, I flash thi rom with last Open Gapps nano and after finish wizard app Google and Chrome does not work properly.
Before installing lineage-17.1-20200215 I was using lineage-17.1-20200115 and didn't have this problem. I have done a full wipe

I haven't made a build in 20200215, you are probably talking about equlog's rom on his telegram group

There no a thread for this ROM, equlog develop it for some friends as you can read in Nexus ROM thread.

There is an error when taking a flash photograph in the dark.
The button no longer responds, it remains frozen.
It just fires the flash, but does not take the picture.

Asks for a password, which one ???
Then it wants to reset to the factory data!

I did a factory reset and it works now. I think it's because I was dirty flashing over the 20201202 ROM.

@dasshubham762: Concerning the "Advanced Restart" option, I think I found it, it's part of the developer options in the plus edition of the Android 10 PE ROM and probably will be the same for Android 11 ... So, I'll just have to wait ...

Place where I live is congested and band 40 have low internet speed but band 5 and 3 have good speeds. If possible please add band lock support like stock ROMs have(in MIUI or Samsung phones you can lock band using secret codes)

Flash latest Magisk 21.2 via PE recovery by choosing apply update via adb or any other custom recovery of ur choice else ask at Support group .

I installed the latest build and I think I am unable to use my wifi's full potential because I tested in my laptop and other phones they are getting full speed but I am getting half of it.
Hope it will get fixed.

Issues faced after flashing Android 11 dated 19 Jan on my Redmi 7 Pro Violet:
1. Unable to do Video call on Volte - Volte mode.
2. Very low volume during calling on Volte.
3. No recorder option during call.
4. Unable to transfer data to pc via file transfer mode.
5. Face unlock not available.

ROM doesn't come pre-rooted nowadays.
You have to root manually via magisk.

Rom is smooth bro.. but my all sensors gone .. not working and when I tried to flash via twrp persists internal storage can't mount so any solution to come out of this problem?..

only way to fix this issue is to flash persist via sd card. Note - Widevine L1 certification would be gone forever.

apart from lag here's one bug i found.. my volume slider was permanently stuck(still working like normal, not the unresponsive type of stuck) till i clicked on the "..." for sound settings which made it close

boa noite, recentemente tive problemas no meu aparelho, depois de muitas tentativas consegui restaurar a instalação da rom, porém o mesmo ficou com o CHIP inativo, não estava gerando IMEI, e dessa forma não consegui fazer ligações, uso de dados moveis nem nada do tipo. Paguei a um profissional para que pudesse acertar esse defeito, agora está tudo funcionando normalmente, mas ele colocou o android 8.
Gostaria de saber se posso fazer a instalação da ROM android 13 e o aparelho não vai parar de funcionar, alguém pode responder..???

it just goes back and forth into just a sec, checking for updates, and checking info (it's been like this for at least 20 mins) then in the middle of checking info it says for like a split second that google play services stopped working. someone please help me

You should install this custom ROM again without formatting anything.Google services will work.
For NFC to work, flash this patch in recovery.

ty for the fix, but i really dont know if this is a me problem, but apps are randomly crashing, and sometimes, while im playing something, or im in the middle of a call, the phone randomly reboots.
