Thanks you so much. It's working flawlessly with both stock camera and any Gcam. I can confirm that everything is working and it can shoot as fast as stock camera. I'm using this ROM xiaomi.eu_multi_MI9LiteMICC9_9.10.31_v11-9.

How to install MiA2 Camera on Mia1 (Complete Guide) | UPDATED (All Error Fixed)
This is little detail guide to install Mi A2 Camera on Mi A1, I already upload a video on my YouTube channel for this guide. Here you will get a complete guide to install Mi A2 camera on Mi A1 for Rooted and Non-Rooted users.

Required Files-
(File is same for Magisk and TWRP)
1. MiA2 Camera: Download
2. MiA2 Ported Camera for Mi A1: Download
Read Carefully then start follow Method 1 or Method 2-
Make sure that you are not having Mi A1 Stock Camera installed on your mobile (Recommended Method: Install any custom ROM which is not having Mi A1 Stock Camera), if you have a stock camera installed then uninstall it (I tried to uninstall it with many methods but I failed to uninstall it completely), if you can uninstall it perfectly then let me know, then follow this instruction. This may not work on Mi A1 Stock ROM because Mi A1 Stock ROM has Stock Camera installed. I hope someone will port this application in a different way so we can use both (Stock camera and MiA2 camera) and also fix front portrait mode.
Steps to install MiA2 Camera-
Method 1: (Recommended Method)
[Install fresh ROM(which is not having a stock camera) before proceed]
1. Install Magisk Manager on MiA1 : Click here for magisk installation guide
2. Flash MiA2 Camera (Magisk Module) from Magisk Manager (Do not install "MiA2 Ported Camera for Mi A1" at this step)
3. Reboot mobile
4. Flash "MiA2 Ported Camera for Mi A1" (Magisk Module) from Magisk Manager
5. Reboot mobile
6. Go to camera permission and Enable all permission manually
7. That's it, if still not works then also flash camera2Api from magisk manager (File is available on Magisk Download Section)
Method 2:
1. Magisk and TWRP need to pre-installed
2. Download both the modules
3. Boot into TWRP recovery
4. Flash 'MiA2 Camera" then reboot
5. Boot again in TWRP recovery
6. Flash "MiA2 Ported Camera for Mi A1"
7. That's it reboot your mobile and enjoy. If still not works then also flash camera2Api from magisk manager (File is available on Magisk Download Section)
If your camera name is "60" : Screenshot attached
It is because you may have Mi A1 stock camera on your mobile before following this guide so If you can then uninstall your Stock Mi A1 camera then follow the same guide error should be gone. If still, its name is "60" then install fresh ROM (which is not having Mi A1 Dual Camera on it) and try again it will work (100% Guarantee:laugh.

maybe not support android p and on the treble pixel experience ROM how many features do not work like hdr mode, panorama mode, portrait mode on the front camera, but all those features work when not using a treble rom except burst mode does not work

The first module is the same as your thread and the second module is ported module which makes it work on MiA1. And I if know how to create magisk modules then I would like to fix all errors or problem. But I don't know how to do this. If someone knows then please help.

Tried AEX. Nice perforfing, everything working fine except for external speaker. Sound works good (even telephone calls), and of course with earphones.

no major bugs for my daily driver rom, but still the one annoys me is cannot install custom kernel with this ROM. Lastly no lockscreen fade blur animation that lessen MIUI 11 beauty in my opinion
btw does anyone have MiLan Pro fonts? since eu using roboto cuz compatibility issues
Edit: i just got MiLan Pro.ttf file from raw system.img, but looks like all the font styles (bold, thin, etc) merged to one .ttf, so direct replacing this font with current roboto font, made only 'Light' font styles to entire SystemUI text

Dirty flashing is ok. Just flash the rom and Magisk if you use it, all the modules will be restored.

I think there's no problem to go back to MIUI 10 while the Android version is still the same.
I also checked the ARB version and is still 4 as before.

I think u r using any other pixel wallpaper, or using module like pixelarity or something like that. that might causing crash, its work perfectly on PE 10, Im using it on PE and everything is working

wont work on android 9, its only work on Android 10 ROMS

Just delete file framework-res__auto_generated_rro_product.apk under /product/overly

running ion 2.2a on whyred and magisk does not recognize any of the modules.
