I bought an s10e used and after the set up this message appears that I don't have authorization, I tried factory restore, safe mode and I always end it up there. I tried odin but the kg was blocked so I can't flash it.
The message says "phone locked this phone can't be used without authorization(0001)"

I tried to root my S7 edge US and odin said everything was all right and then it booted up went to the samsung logo and the screen went black then it went to the samsung logo again and it keeps doing this i tried to redo the root same thing i cleared the cache I even factory reset it nothing. My phone was running nougat that might have caused issues and my carrier is AT&T. Please Help!
Update:
The screen is now blue with a caution sign in the middle and it says "An error has occurred while updating device software. Use the emergency recovery function in the Smart Switch PC software." I then tried to use Samsung Kies to do a firmware upgrade and it wont accept my IMEI number.
I tried restoring through smart switch, stuck on metro pcs logo with blue light notification.
I tried flashing the latest "nougat" firmware for 920t1 thru odin. Again, stuck on bootloop or metro pcs logo with blue notification light.
I can't even install a custom recovery because the phone has a FRP lock on it.
Any ideas? The user said that he was about to update his phone and it suddenly fail resulting to a softbrick (not knowing he needs to sign out his google account first).
This time I am downloading the 5.1.1 firmware. Hopefully it will work or do you guys have any ideas?
i read some articles that with FRP lock on, the device cannot boot up even on the stock firmware.
Up for this dude
I managed to revive my phone out of bootloop and FRP lock.
I downloaded the latest 6.0.1 firmware with bootloader 5. The phone booted up and prompted to setup but with unauthorized blah blah blah. It is because of the FRP. After looking the internet and youtube, I managed to remove the FRP lock. I boot up the phone and afterwards, there the setup.apk blah blah has stopped and in a moment the phone was all in black screen. I waited a few seconds and the phone was on the tw launcher. I managed to bypass the frp and the setup screen. I navigate to developer mode and turned on oem unlock and usb debugging then initated a factory reset (not on recovery). The phone restarted, took the process and boot up on the welcome screen. I then setup the phone and viola, no google account logged in. I restarted the phone in download mode to check if the frp lock was still on. Luckily, the frp lock was OFF. The rest is good now.
I bricked/bootlooped my phone.
I've been using Superman ROM v2.4.1 for a while, but recently my Snapchat stopped working and I couldn't pass the SafetyNet, so I tried to fix it.
I turned off my developer options, and downloaded this App: https://forum.xda-developers.com/sho....php?t=2524485
My phone warned me this App might be harmful but I ignored it, and then changed the setting to permissive and then enfordcing a couple times. Then I rebooted my device, now it is stuck in a loop. It doesnt go beyond the 'Samsung Galaxy S7" logo and just turns off after that.
I cannot boot into recovery either, only download mode.
When i try to boot up or into recovery, it says on the top of the screen in red text "Custom Binary blocked by FRP Lock".
Can anyone help me? I have a flight in the morning so I really need this fixed. Is this caused by the App I used to change the SELinux Mode? Or is it because Developer options and hence OEM Unlocking is turned off in the settings?
What can I do to fix this?
Cheers
Dear Sir just Flash with stock firmware be sure u are using latest one to revive phone back to life.
thanks
FRP locked and cannot load stock FW
I'm having the same issue as theDroidfanatic, but i cannot flash the stock FW.
I have a Samsung S7 edge, running Superman, i believe marshmallow (i don't recall the exact version).
I accidentally enabled the OEM lock in the phones settings.
On trying to boot normally, I see the superman startup screen, and the FRP message across the top of the screen in red. "Custom Binary blocked by FRP Lock"
I can only boot into download mode.
Odin (3.12.7 and 3.12.3) can detect the phone being plugged in (so i think this system has the correct drivers, and my cables/ports are good).
I downloaded the latest FW from sammobile.com for the MTA region (its a Canadian MTS phone).
I load all of the files into Oden and everything appears fine. When i try to start the transfer it hangs at SetupConnection. Ah hour later, its still hanging there.
I've tried 2 PCs, and about a dozen USB cables; same result every time.
Its been a while since i played with rom stuff, am i missing something somewhere?

For anyone else having similar issues:
After installing Kies (on Windows 10; which required a Microsoft Virtual C++ pack for Kies to install), Kies installed a different USB driver.
Odin did not show any difference regarding seeing the phone. After the new driver was installed, Odin is now able to flash stock FW.
Did you manage to repair your phone. My note 9 don’t show up on my laptop usb not recognised
I had similar issue when i was trying to install firmware while developer mod was was disabled (in my Note 5). FRP lock was ON, then it got bricked. I gave my phone to a local phone repair shop, they have some technology to bypass FRP lock by using FRP bypass box.
Hi, some months ago, I rooted my phone, and it was a success. But yesterday, it shutted down because it ran out of battery so I connected it to the PC (only to charge it) and then to the normal power supply (I'm Italian, I don't know what it is in English ;D). Then I rebooted it, but it got stuck on the phone s/n screen, and in the top left corner there was the green text saying "Custom binary blocked by frp lock). After some rebootings I decided to flash the stock rom from Odin, but it failed: the screen showed another time the green text from the FRP Lock (still in the downloading mode) and the loading bar was frozen. Odin showed just the log and "success 0 / failed 1" at the end. Soooo..... now I'm getting "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue".... + I realized just now that my s/n is SM-J320FN and I tried flashed a SM-J320F rom....
- I tried to enter CWM
- Kies shows that it is "Connecting..." but nothing happens
- Hard reset shows me the firmware upgrade error
I can still enter Download Mode if I pull out the battery, and it says:
ODIN MODE
SECURE DOWNLOAD: ENABLE
CURRENT BIN: Custom
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
FRP LOCK: ON
it's a Samsung Galaxy J3 6 (SM-J320FN)
Thta's my first post, and I didn't find the correct place to post this thread on
1. I forgot to do the oem unlocking for the bootloader
2.i tried to root my phone with odin3
3.my phone was softbricked with the light blue error screen that had a waring in english, koren
4.I tried to flash a stock rom potentially of the wrong kind of A32 and the wrong CSC
5. Now the phone no longer turns on unless plugged to a computer, which makes the screen turn on and off continously. The screen is completely black when on for half a second.
What are my options in fixing my phone? If the correct CSC is needed, how do I discover it with a frozen phone such as mine?
If the device does not boot, you probably flashed the wrong firmware and corrupted the bootloader. Unfortunately there is nothing you as the end user can do to recover your device. Seek professional repair.
