I have this error

Same error for me. When rebooted stuck on Boot Animation, just like xpe14 build.

error
Same error error7

same with my phone:
error 7
is not able to write at system partition

Thanks for continuing to support the champ. Hope the issue gets resolved soon; I'm tempted to flash this bad boy.

I am also interested in testing. Currently getting the same error 7. Probably just a packaging issue.

No boot!
Download new build lineage-17.0-20200102-UNOFFICIAL-addison.zip, no error 7, but os dont load.
I attach my log file.

Download new build lineage-17.0-20200103-UNOFFICIAL-addison.zip, no error 7, but os dont load. and stays in bootlog the same as in version 20200102

I'm surprised. Former LOS versions used to be 32 bit. Advantage: I can use my xpe13 titanium backups.

Make apt backups. (Optional but recommended)
Wipe System, Data, Cache and ART Cache.
Flash the ROM zip.

Anyways this is the process:
1. Reboot to recovery and Wipe System, data, both caches.
2. Install ROM + GApps
3. Reboot.
Camcorder seems to be broken. Clean flashed with beans mini gapps and SuperSU.

I have the phone and will be happy to assist. I am software developer, comfortable in linux. If you send me a compilation I may be able to install it and test it.
What are the main changes from LOS 14.1 to 15?
problem here
hello there,
i got some problems with this build, everything is going fine when i use phone, install apps and do settings, but and here is the problem, but when phone goes to "emergency" stance.. seems like it goes to offline but i need hold power button for 10 or longer to turn it on (seems like restart device when got issues with black screen).. trying change "wake up" settings (double taps etc) and none helps.. any idea what can it be? no other errors or problems, just this..
This thing can run NX510J?
Tried this ROM on my buddy's Z9 MAX NX512J. He reported a lot of issues:
Battery drains faster than charging!
The device is always hot!
Music don't work.
When locking screen device turns off and requires power-on again!

still lets say beta build. expect issues
I was trying to use this ROM for a ZTE Nubia N2 (which is AFIK a NX575J) of course during installation it failed, stating, that the model isn't compatible. I therefore tried to remove the first line (assert) from `META-INF/com/google/android/updater-script` and compressed it using compress on Ubuntu as well as `jar cf lineage-15.zip path/to/folder`. However this failed both with the error: "Invalid zip file format! Error installing zip file '/external_sd/lineage-15.zip'"
Could someone tell me how to modify the build to allow for the N2 and then compress it again?
canyou please port lineage 15 for NX551J ?

Reporting Bugs
DO NOT Report bugs if you're running a custom kernel or you installed Xposed
Grab a logcat right after the problem has occurred. (Please include at least a few pages of the log, not just the last few lines, unless you know what you're doing.)
If it is a random reboot, grab /proc/last_kmsg. (Do not bother getting a logcat unless you can get it just before the reboot. A logcat after a reboot is useless)
If the problem disappears after running "setenforce 0" from a root shell, grab /data/misc/audit/audit.log
Remember to provide as much info as possible. The more info you provide, the more likely that the bug will be solved. Please also do not report known issues. Any bug not reported in the bug report format below may be ignored.

you need to flash apps, manually .
Best regards!
First of all thank for this rom, it works very well, I only found a few bugs.
-automatic brightness does not work.
-the wifi stops working and you have to restart the mobile to make it work.
-the flashlight does not always turn on when having the phone locked.
Moreover, the battery lasts a long time, it does not heat up the phone, a very well optimized rom.

why?
Hi there,
LineageOS recently added official support for this device.
Surprisingly there has been little to none feedback from the XDA community so far, despite the raw power this smartphone still has got.
Dear @RohanHasabe8 although you do not maintain liber (only chef & parker), will this custom ROM work for both device variants (International & Indian)?

Yes, it should working both variants. I maintain the common tree it uses so, always here to help the Liber community if needed.
