Just updated to 20140130 on my Nexus 4 and played around with the new navigation bar settings. I decided not to change anything and reset the navigation bar.
Now the navigation buttons (back, home, recent) show up on the lockscreen (slider ring) and they work! I can't see what I'm doing, but as soon as I unlock I can see that I went back, to the home screen or pulled up the recent list. This seems like a major issue to me as it essentially renders parts of the lockscreen useless.
Also, the navigation bar isn't transparent anymore on the home screen, but some kind of grey gradient (not even the standard solid black).
Thanks for all the good work up to this point!

I have had the Z3 for around 4 months now..
The glass is rubbish.. The back cracked without any drops or damage. It was on a sideboard and suddenly a crack appeared
I dropped on kitchen lino the other day and the from top corner cracked .
Now the top of the touchscreen is unresponsive.
Is there anyway I can have the notifcation bar moved or a hardware key or shortcut so that it pulls down?
Thanks
A

you the man.. thanks mate
I've tried Nova, Google Now and the Touchwiz launcher, but on any homescreen, I get a weird white glow at the top and bottom of the screen. This doesn't show anywhere except on the home screens. The black wallpaper I use, is completely black when I open it in the gallery. I've checked all home screen settings, and cant find anything that could cause this.
Does anyone know what it is?
It's sort of hard to see on my LCD monitor, but it's pretty annoying on my S6 Edge's AMOLED screen.
