Right we all know that the launcher that will be coming with this beast of a phone will be Rosie. For me though i like to have a variety. So putting this thread together to give you guys a variety of Launchers i found on the market. So rather than having to find them all over the place i will keep everything here in one place and will try and find as many as i can and update the thread with any further updates the developers release for the launchers.

Description
To add Applications grid shortcut, select Add > Shortcuts > Applications grid.
Try toggle Manage wallpaper if screen scrolling isn't smooth, select Preferences > Workspace > Manage wallpaper.
Zeam, thanks to its minimal aesthetic, not only looks fast but feels fast. It's also incredibly simple to use, and unlike the other launchers it actually works very well out of the box.
My favorite feature in Zeam is configurable gestures -- but not only can you bind swipe actions, like ADW, but you can also bind double tapping the screen and the Home hardware button to actions.

as far as a personal reccomendation - on the One S I've used ADW, GoLauncher, Zeam, Apex, Nova, and LauncherPro - and my favorite is GoLauncher. The power of the One S hardware makes GoLauncher's effects and visual style work fluidly and look great. It balances speed and customization VERY well.

I've been a fan of Go Launcher from the begining, on my old Desire. Just loaded to One S and cannot seem to get rid of the ICS 3 dot menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
Really annoying. Is there a option to hide this somewhere?

Hey, just take a look in the One S development section!
You can get rid of the 3-dot menu by using the mod "tweak machine" which you can find here:

Or take a look at the custom roms, if you want to improve the usability of your one S in general...

god i have not used android since the start of the year...have you searched for apk tools but anyway hope the following link helps

Zeam, thanks to its minimal aesthetic, not only looks fast but feels fast. It's also incredibly simple to use, and unlike the other launchers it actually works very well out of the box.
My favorite feature in Zeam is configurable gestures -- but not only can you bind swipe actions, like ADW, but you can also bind double tapping the screen and the Home hardware button to actions.

The new version add some custom settings.Run to have a try.
Better than before.But the themes are not exquisite.And some apps I hid before reappear after I restart my tablet.

How can I manage categories manually?
For example, if I look at the "Others" category, I see the "Quell" app, and I want to move it to the "Games" category instead. How can I do that?
Another example: I want to add a new "News" category, and add a bunch of news apps into it. How can I do that?
