Don't Forget to Hit Thanks :good:

PB2-690Y LineageOS, next steps.
Many thanks. I can confirm that this build is operational on 690Y/TWRP 3.3.1
The only other prior operational 690Y TWRP was from SevenMaxs 3.0.3 -- i.e. non treble, therefore not Android7+ capable.
For those who may have tried, or have interest,
none of the Kuntao/690M TWRP or LineageOS builds function on 690Y, perhaps with good reason.
Suspect key differences that make this build operational is msm8952 (vs 8953), adreno510 (vs 506) and likely arm-7-a-neon (vs arm8-a)... YMMV. Others?
Consider this an open call for comment to make a 690Y LineageOS build -- could be as simple as that.

This recovery is for Samsung Galaxy Ace Plus - trebon - GT-S7500
I'm doing this for testing and learning purposes because I want to get deeper into the Android world. And recoveries are a good place to start, especially on such an old device.
If you know what you're doing you can test it and report what's working and what's not. As I already said - it's a learning process for me. I'm glad of every advice.
Changelog:
20170524
first release
Issues:
reboot to system not working (you have to power off and then restart normally)
using prebuilt kernel (should be built from source in the future)
MTP not working (maybe because of prebuilt kernel)
adb not working (maybe because of prebuilt kernel)
Flashing:
I'm using heimdall under linux
Code:
sudo heimdall flash --RECOVERY path/to/image/recovery.img

[ROM] [7.1.1] [UNOFFICIAL] LineageOS 14.1 for the Homtom HT10

Another port of LineageOS for the Homtom HT10. I finally managed to make it work. All credits go to the user "Verevka", who posted the LOS 14.1 rom for the Vernee Apollo Lite that I used to make this port and to this porting guide, which helped me get Android 7.1.1 to the Homtom HT10.
I am not responsible for any damage done to you, your device or anything that might be caused by downloading or flashing this rom to your device. Therefore this disclaimer:
Code:
/*
* Your warranty is now void.
*
* I am not responsible for bricked devices, dead SD cards,
* thermonuclear war, or you getting fired because the alarm app failed. Please
* do some research if you have any concerns about features included in this ROM
* before flashing it! YOU are choosing to make these modifications, and if
* you point the finger at me for messing up your device, I will laugh at you.
*/
Do a factory reset before flashing the rom. The first boot
after flashing always takes some time. Don't interrupt the booting process and go make yourself a cup of coffee in the meantime.
Use arm64 Gapps for 7.1.
What works:
- Camera
- Wifi
- Cellular
What doesn't work:
-Bluetooth
- Magisk (root is built in, flash the zip from the LOS downloads page and enable it in the developer settings)
