CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 7.1 (Nougat), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. CM 14.1 is the one of tge best custom ROM for lenovo A2010..but,
There is three bugs
1. camera and flash is not working
2.out going call is not available
3.contacts in the Simcard is not scene in the contacts list
Hope thedevelopers or bug fixers will sort out this problems for us..And we are eagerly waiting for the bug free CM 14. For our lenovo

Nevermind, now I have ported it and facing following "Major" bugs

Camera
Audio-->( already tried replacing libs from "system/ lib/hw/)
Flashlight
Really need help....

any fix for camera problem? i try another cam apps but its all not work... any fix for that

its the best rom for lenovo a2010.the perfomance is great.but i have noticed some bugs:
1- when iam using some apps and the screen going sleep (not every time) if i try to wake the screen up agine its not responding at all till i replace the battery.
2- its stuck when starting game( i tested punch hero game)
3- in developer option the force RL not working.
4- sound of charging not working
5- the screen not waking up if i plug the charger.
6- the battery drain fast.
7- liveDisplay not working.
8- the phone heated in heavy use.
___and sure the camera not working and flash light too___ even if we use another cam and flash apps

A: Yes, this is Android 6.0.1
Q: What code is Oct-M based on?
A: Starting with Oct-L, we've rebased OctOs on the CyanogenMod 12 code. Oct-M is based on CyanogenMod 13.
Q: What happened to AOSP?
A: All Android code is based on the Android Open Source Project (AOSP). Under previous releases, we tried very hard to limit the number of "Not from Google directly" repositories that we used. Unfortunately, issues with devices, the need for Code Aurora Foundation (CAF) repositories for Qualcomm devices, and compatibility issues meant fighting code more often than not. We decided that since the code-base for many repositories were the same across most ROMs, picking a starting point to build the user experience on outweighed the desire to craft code from scratch, or fix broken code to make it work with other changes we already had.
Q: Why isn't there XYZ feature?
A: Shoot us a Suggestion if you want to see something added. While we are not going to promise to implement, we will always look into it
Q: But XYZ and all the others have..
A: ROM developers build something they want to use. The ROM developer that includes something they won't run implies less than 100% effort to ensure it does work. As a team, we have similar goals and objectives. If XYZ ROM has a feature you want, and we don't include (or don't want to include), feel free to use XYZ ROM, or build your own custom version of Oct-M.
Q: Superuser or SuperSU?
A: Team OctOs uses SuperSU and is installed automatically.
Bugs:
Bugs happen. Our testers are very good at breaking things, but no where near as good as the rest of the Android public. In order to investigate and fix issues, we need the help of the users who are going to report them. The Android OS has many nifty features to help us in this, but only if we can engage the user to assist us.
Logs, Logcat, and the Android Debugging Bridge (ADB)
Like any other OS, Android has multiple log files that are generated and record the goings-on of the system. As a user, you have two basic ways to view and pull these to send to us. Without the information in the logfiles, there simply is not a whole lot of information to go on.
Log file APKs
Team OctOs recommends SysLog from the Android Market. This application will allow you to selectively pick any (or all) of the system logs, compress them into a .ZIP file, and allow you to save, email, move to your Copy/DropBox/Cloud Storage account, etc.
ADB Logcat
The Android Debugging Bridge (ADB) is a powerful tool available from Google as part of the Android Software Development Kit (SDK). Used for many things, being able to selectively see, in real-time, what your device is doing cannot be downplayed. While there is more setup involved, if you are doing consistent ROM flashing, you really should invest the time to get setup properly to do it.

The Oct-M ROM installation script will automatically wipe /system, /cache, and /data/dalvik-cache. There is no need to do these before or after flashing the ROM unless you are instructed to by your GApps Provider

gps fixed , added volte,video recording fix in patch and camera works fine , all other things work fine

Don't be so lazy . We do a lot of work to make rom a fix bugs . And you have to just flash a patch nothing else !

battery is superb

awesome smooth rom.. I've overclocked with kernel editor to max performance to provide further boost. ANTUTU 45K
Play store and google apps are smooth and snappy, unlike MIUI 8 which lags despite having a better hardware.
Changed this rom to primary and restored 200 apps from miui overnight.

Nice piece of work bro..!!
Good things 1st -
1) ROM is very smooth, no lags
2) Battery backup is also good but not best i would say
3) Camera quality is really awesome
4) Also the integration of apps from various ROM's is really appreciable
5) No random reboots, no network issues
But have some minor issues as below -
1) MI theme store, album apk's crashe every time
2) Wallpaper option in settings is not opening
3) No weather info on notification panel after pulling down downwards
4) Custom quick settings not opening (screen remains white even after granting super su permission)
5) Please add a setting to change icon of individual app from custom icon pack as after applying custom icon pack all app icons doesn't change.
6) Audio settings (Settings>sound & vibration>Audio settings) not opening.
7) Notifications can't be cleared from locked screen by swiping
8) Double tap to wake & sleep options are missing
VOLTE yet to be checked.
Hope you will fix all these very soon.

Bro have tried and tierd by using so many roms on my yuphoria 5010A , finally i rested by installing your's ROM, really it is a stable rom with perfect VOLTE i mean no fluctuation in the signal. Thanks Again!!
so far i figured out that a little bit battery drain is present, and 'FM' ,'Album' apps and 'Get more themes for free' option Under Themes tab won't work. apart from these minor issues overall your ROM is the best and stable !! can we expect OTA updates for this? ( systemupdate option doest works though )

Bugs And Workarounds
No Signal/SIM icon on Statusbar when using dual SIMs
It is just a SystemUI bug, SIMs are actually working. This is a bug of MIUI PatchROM source so cannot be fixed from my side.
Workaround: Just change the default SIM for Data through settings or use the provided FixSignal app.
Cannot set up pattern lock in Second Space (though PIN and Password lock works)

PTP not working (MTP works though)

No signal bug(can be repaired by fix signal)
Some apps show Chinese language
Google play store only download in WiFi
Sd card error
Camera bug

No signal bug is Rom source issue so can't be solved by my side
Some apps show chinese becoz its a patch rom mixup of Global + china Rom
(Google play store only download in wifi) this is not any error or bug go to downloads/settings & set "Download using mobile data" to unlimited
Also,
"Sd card error
Camera bug
Video flickering"
there are no such^^ issues facing by other users

Its working fine
Flash VolteModem

The rom is butter smooth and better than stock
RAM optimization is good (no lag) .
Battery backup is nice an and everything else is working fine
Rom is great ??

Tried flashing VoLTE-patch-yuphoria-by-huboinc but Volte is not appearing and also I am not able make calls via my Jio SIM.

DOWNLOAD ROM
GAPPS: DOWNLOAD GAPPS
First time installing crDroid to your X01BD, or coming from another ROM:
** Make sure you're running a proper working Recovery
1) Copy crDroid zip, gapps zip to your device
2) Boot into Recovery
3) Wipe cache, system, & data (or just cache & system for a dirty flash).
4) Flash ROM
5) Flash gapps
6) Boot up
For root, AFTER you boot into the ROM, you can go back to recovery and install Magisk
Upgrading from earlier version of crDroid:
The only difference between clean flash as above and upgrading is you just wipe system & cache, leaving data. Everything else is the same. ***Remember to always clean flash before reporting problems. Clean flashing is always the best method of ROM install.

First of all, thanks for maintaining official crDroid for this phone. As I also mentioned already on your crDroid Pie thread earlier, I really like this ROM. It is based on LineageOS with added customizations which makes it quite a good combo.
However, most of the Custom ROMs here except for the Official LineageOS and Official ArrowOS, use a Kernel which is heavily deviated from the Linux-Stable one. For example, messing with Refresh Rate of screen or unnecessary overclocks (which I don't think actually work). I am not really a fan of such untested, unnecessary additions.
You seem to be using a relatively stable Kernel which seems to be in-line with Linux-Stable (in your Pie Builds). So, I wanted to know which Kernel are you using for this one? The source isn't mentioned here (at the time of writing this). Further, a source with commit history will be really appreciated.
There is one request of mine. Can you put out a standalone LineageOS or ArrowOS Kernel compiled for your crDroid? It would be helpful for guys like me if you don't want to ship that Kernel by default in your builds.
Once again, thanks for maintain such an Amazing ROM for our device.

Well, I haven't decided whether to continue with the kernel "katnis" which was used in pie builds. I made it just because I found some features I used seem missing in the Arrow kernel. In this initial build, i have used the kernel of lineageos. The future depends on the public opinion of this build, afterwards the source will be updated accordingly.

Will there be support for the "smart bar" of navigation buttons, as in Pie?

Crdroid always comes with a safehouse kernel which never supports smart/fast charging or such bleeding edge features. If you need the feature, change the kernel under your own risk

I love crDroid but I can't figure out why 6.0 won't boot up if I remove system apps, even though Music, Mail and Browser which I could remove with no problem in 5.9.

I tried with System App Safe Remover.
Would you tell me how you removed the apps?
