New update with dark theme: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.foonapp.timer

It's really slick. One thing missing is a widget so the timers can be quickly set from the home screen, but otherwise I think it might become my goto timer.

Thanks. A widget feature is actually on the todo list, so it should be coming soon.

Brilliant. Looking forward to it.

Another thing would be to be able to set the sound of all the timers at once instead of one by one.

If you leave the alarm sound to default you can change the sound of all the timers through the system settings. You can change the default type of sound (e.g. notification, media, etc.) from the navigation drawer which can be opened by swiping in the app from the left.

New update. Now with an improved dark theme.

[APP/WIDGET][2.1-2.3] NextEvent: Simple view of your next calendar or alarm event

NextEvent gives you a simple view of how long until your next calendar appointment or alarm. A 1x1 widget on your home screen shows you at a glance how many days, hours, or minutes until your next event. Easily see how much time until your next meeting at work, or keep an eye on how many hours until the alarm is going to go off in the morning.
NextEvent Free Market Link
Other calendar widgets take up a lot of space on your home screen, but NextEvent is small and straightforward. The widget focuses solely on telling you when your next event is coming. Clicking the widget brings up a full list of all upcoming events, with description, location, and time for each. You can also optionally add your next event to the notification bar.
NextEvent integrates with the following sources:
Built-in calendar app
System alarm and other alarms that write to the system alarm property (see note below)
Alarm Clock Xtreme
Alarm Clock Plus
If you have another source you’d like me to consider adding, please let me know. Please note that my ability to integrate it depends on either an existing interface from that provider, or willingness to add one for this purpose. Some apps may not be possible to integrate.
If you have any problems, questions, or comments, please be sure to let me know here or email me directly. I’m an independent developer with a day job, but I will do everything I can to answer your questions and resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
More on alarm integration:
Android provides a system property that any app can write to indicating the next alarm time. If you only have your default system alarm application installed, this should work fine. If nothing happens when you click on an alarm in the detail list, or if it opens the wrong application, please go to Menu -> Settings -> Global Alarm Application and choose what program should be opened.
If you use – or even have just installed – a 3rd party alarm application, it may cause problems with this property. Since both the default and 3rd party apps are writing to this property, one may write to the property that there is no scheduled alarm, overwriting the alarm the other app has set. NextEvent supports more direct integration with two popular alarm clock programs, Alarm Clock Plus and Alarm Clock Xtreme. If you use either program, the direct integration will not have any of these problems. It also supports showing multiple alarms and timers that have been set in those applications. I may look into adding direct integration with other alarm programs if they support it.

Again, if you have any problems or suggestions, please let me know here, via the email listed in the market, or via PM!
Changelog/announcements
v1.1.1:
- Full ICS+ support (sorry for the delay!)
- Optional icon in the notification bar with a countdown to the next event (just the closest hour or day if > 90 minutes, or minutes if < 90 minutes). ICS+ only for now.
Save one more
You never know, might need one more...
Will this be available for 4.0+? This is the only calendar widget or indeed app I've found that has a countdown view including hours and minutes of upcoming events.
Have you realized that there is not calendar widget out there with time until event? eg:
- 10pm Event XXXX (in 5h:25m)
I would gladly pay for a widget like that...

So are you basically looking for a widget that includes the event title, in addition to what's there now? I can certainly add that -- it'd most likely need to be a bigger widget to fit the title in a readable font (maybe 2x1). So I'd keep the 1x1 version for those who want it. Let me know if that's what you had in mind.

Actually, the perfect widget for me would be a 4x1, and in it accommodate the next 2-3 events:
- 11am Event A (in 5h6m)
- 1pm Event B (in 7h6m)
- 3pm Event C (in 9h6m)
I have pure calendar widget, and when I asked the dev to include this feature the reason he gave me to not include it was that it would be a battery hog as he would have to make it update every x minutes. Now, I had this kind of widget when I had my HTC phone, and what the widget did was to redraw itself with the updated time every time I would turn on the display.
Please tell me if this is possible without making it a big battery drain.
Thanks a lot for looking into it!!
P.S. I even know the name it should have: "NextEvents"

Hi,
Thank you zalaros for the feedback happy to see that you like it
For your request, I think that I did it in a better way:
1- Go to "Parameters" -> set "Shaking Intensity" to "Very small"
2- Set "Stop mode" of the alarm to "shake"
When the alarm goes on, all what you need is to take quickly the mobile in your hand (and if you want flip it quickly if it doesn't snooze) and it will snooze (or stop if there is no remaining repeats or you check "Direct stop after shaking" in "Parameters")
Give it a try and tell me what do you think
Don't forget to rate and commente the app please, when you have some free time
Thanks again,
Any other idea?
So great!! i recommand it

Any other idea of features ? , someone had tested the app on a tablette?
Thank you in advance for your great feedback
this seems to be a promising alarm application. I am using spb time for years and still think this is the king to beat.
It has every detail perfect including beautiful UI. one feature I missing from all the alarms is "auto snooze"
The alarm will play the sound for a given times and goes into snooze mode automatically.
For not that important alarm, I don't bother to flip or even touch the phone.
It also includes calendar/world clock/stop watch/count down. Imaging the calendar also includes the iso week number which
is missing even for some dedicated calendar app.
You can copy pate the alarm, which is a much better idea than alarm profile as every alarm you created can act as a profile.

Hello henrik.dk,
Thank you for the very interesting feedback, you know that SPB is like a legend on Play Store with there best seller SPB Shell 3D, but for their SPB Time app, i think that it isn't a real succes, as you can see the users don't realy like it (rating 3.1 and a lot of complaints) and there is no free version, so if you compare it to my paid app Alarm Plus Millenium, yes SPB time have features that mine don't have but Alarm Plus Millenium, have also other features that SPB time don't have and is cheaper so according to the features that you want you can choose one, you can see that all users of my paid app (41 users) are very satisfied cause they know that the app can do the work of 4 apps for a price of one.
I don't know if you tried my app, if yes you must see that it includes "auto snooze" , you choose the alarm duration and the number of repeats, so when the alarm goes on it will automatically snooze after the selected alarm duration time until the last repeat where it will stop
I agree with you and I really want to add all these features that you are talking about, but as i am not a super developer this will not be possible for now, but when the app will be a succes (I hope) with your help and encouragement I am sure that i will beat the king
Thanks again and i promise you to do my best to add the features you're talking about and improve the UI in the next updates
yes. you app is really good. I did give your app a try but just for a short of time. sorry I didn't notice how you archive auto snooze.
the reason of low rating of spb time is compatibility I would guess.

[APP][4.0+] Set time reminder to all of your kitchen appliances on your smart kitchen

Kitchen Timer Pro is a reliable kitchen reminder ideal for kitchen cooking timers like boil egg timer, tea timer, food timer, blinds timer etc.
Kitchen Timer with alarm is simple timer app, The fine cooking timer app with multi timer - adjustable stop clock features for your smart kitchen.
It shows the timer controls on the lockscreen notification, so even phone is locked you can snooze - cancel - stop the timer from lockscreen itself.
It lets you set time reminder to all of your kitchen appliances on your smart kitchen.
Kitchen Timer Pro Features:
Simple easy professional UI Interface (Its best among the available Kitchen timer apps on playstore, try it out)
Two touch timer, Just Set duration and start and that's it!
It works in background, which means that you can start the countdown and close the app, it will still ring when the time is up.
It vibrates and it makes a sound when time is up, with notification you can quickly snooze for more time or stop the timer.
How to use it:(You can also find help and tips in app)
1) Set the Timer Duration: Tap on default duration shown and set the timer duration you want. then click on start icon to start the countdown.
Cancel the Timer: Tap on the Stop icon and the ongoing countdown will stop.
Pause for a while: Tap on the pause icon and you can resume it later.
Snooze, i need more time: once time is up, it will show you option to snooze, if you tap on it, you will see predefined snooze minutes to snooze the timer.
Saving my settings: Create new dishes and specify the timer duration, you can use it later to start the timer quickly.
Kitchen timer pro is really simple.
You can set the timers faster on Kitchen timer pro than any of the other apps out there. also you can save timers that you often use.
There are default dishes available for you with timer duration, so you can just quickly choose one instead of having to set the time.
You can create many more such dishes with timer duration you want,
and later you can use it for quick timer. It will continue to ring until you stop or snooze it.
it keeps track of the time that a countdown is exceeded. If you need to keep the steak on for another minute, just snooze it for a minute more. you can configure default snooze times in settings.
No silly mechanical wheel or dial simulations that just slow the interface down.
Favorite timer app. Extremely simple and intuitive.
You can create dishes and give them name and timer durations, so if you always like to make hard-boiled eggs for exactly 6 minutes, that’s no problem for Kitchen Timer Pro. Also, you can set Kitchen Timer for much longer intervals.
it provides multiple alarms before the timer runs out. This means you can set it even for a time-sensitive kitchen task, walk away from the stove, and rest assured it will call you back with time to spare before the moment of truth (also known as the moment you take the noodles off the fire).
If you like the app, Please review and rate app on playstore to encourage us to enhance the app.
Merry Christmas and Best Wishes for a Happy New Year !
If you like Kitchen Timer Pro don't forget rate 5 star ★★★★★ or review or can unlock app

[APP][5.0+] Notification Timer ⏱️: Use stopwatch timers from the notification drawer!

To get user feedback, I will be giving out a limited number of Google Play Store promo codes for the pro-version of the app!
Please comment or message me directly and I will be happy to send you one!
First come, first served- thanks!
Introduction
Notification Timer lets you use stopwatch timers right from your notification drawer.
No need to open an app- view and use your timers from anywhere!
If you track billable work hours, time spent on personal projects, hobbies, chores, exercise, sports, or anything else, then you need this app!
There are some great alternatives out there, but they all have the same major flaw: you shouldn't have to search for an app and wait for it to open to manage your time tracking. With Notification Time, now you don't have to!
With Notification Timer, you can access your timers from anywhere- your home screen, another app, or even the lock screen!

Notes
Due to Android technical limitations, all timers in the notification need to refresh at the same time. Because of this, you may see some hiccups or glitches while timers are running, and their displayed times might be slightly off. Paused timers will always be accurate.
For the same reasons, it is not possible to display milliseconds in the notification and still have responsive buttons- sorry! If displaying milliseconds within the app itself becomes a highly-requested feature, that could be a future possibility.
Also, please note that the daily tracking log is not able to keep track of time beyond timer history (1000 events). If you need longer term records, please consider using a separate time tracking tool. For now, the focus of Notification Timer is easy-to-use timers. If lots of users request more sophisticated time tracking then that could be a possibility for the future.
Please feel free to reach out with any bug reports or feature requests and thank you for your support!

Release Notes
Version 1.2.0:
Added small timer layout. With the small layout, up to twelve timers can be displayed at the same time and up to six can be displayed without having to recreate the notification after focusing on a timer. By default, the small layout will be used if five or more timers are active, but this can be changed in Settings.
Added setting to specify which layout focused timers should use.
Older Versions:
Version 1.1.0:
Created a Daily Tracking Log screen to view daily breakdowns for each timer (elapsed, added, and total time). Please note: the app still won't keep track of time beyond timer history (1000 events), so if you need to keep long term records please consider using a separate dedicated time tracking tool.
Fixed notification upgrade message not directing to in-app upgrade prompt dialog.
Fixed some memory leaks (might see some benefits in memory usage).
Version 1.0.2:
Implemented manually setting of time by typing in the time (instead of scrolling).
Tapping a timer's time within the app now opens the dialog to manually set the time.
Fixed crashing bug (probably) seen on Moto G5s Plus (and likely other devices).
Fixed crashing bug related to activate all timers button.
Adjusted contact form (removed auto-fill suggestions).
Version 1.0.1:
Tapping a timer's focus button in the app now activates the timer in the notification.
Tapping a timer's name in the app now opens the timer settings dialog.
Made slight adjustments to timer dropdown menu.
Simplified and shortened tutorial.
Ads are now hidden while the tutorial is running.
Fixed a bug that could prevent the tutorial from progressing.
Fixed bug where the activate/deactivate all timers button would crash the app if a timer had recently been deleted while active.
Version 1.0.0:

To get user feedback, I will be giving out a limited number of Google Play Store promo codes for the pro-version of the app!
Please comment or message me directly and I will be happy to send you one! First come, first served- thanks!
I liked the idea! Right now I use the stopwatch from the default clock, but, like you said, you need to open the app and can't control via notification. I would like to test the Pro version

Code sent- thanks for trying it! I was in the exact same situation, which is what caused me to decide to develop the app. I hope it helps you out!
Hey everyone! I just released an update, fixing some bugs and adding a couple features. And I still have promo codes for anyone interested!

Love the idea! It's much more simpler, than opening one app, and then going back, and doing that everytime you want to pause and.. well, you get it.
Noticed some problem. On my Xiaomi Redmi 3 there is only one timer in the drawer, even then I started several of them. Might be MIUI problem.
Also, it would be very nice, if app accumulated all timer time. Yeah, I can go to history and sum it all by myself, but it's no fun. Like how that realized in TimeSheet. It gives report by day, week, month, etc.

Thanks for the heads up! A bug on that platform is very possible, as I don't have any Xiaomi/MIUI devices to test on (though I will be looking into getting one). Is it possible that your timer is in focused mode? There would be a line under the stopwatch icon and tapping it would show the other activated timers.
As for accumulated time, I am looking into a system for automatically tracking daily time and an "all timers" option would be trivial to add to that (as would week/month/etc.). Thanks for the suggestion!
In using the app, I realized I wanted to be able to have more timers displayed at a time, so I created a small timer layout to fit more into the notification. Here's the update with that feature- enjoy!
