From oreo to nougat, the condition is twrp with unlocked bootloader but S ON and cid also real,
Is there anyway to go 7?custom rom etx?

No sir, if u reread it states it can be used for s-on devices. I downgraded mine using this.
Bro in mine case i have installed twrp and after that stuck, don't know what to do, can you guide me?

You can try this one. You can select to flash stock recovery or twrp recovery.

I did it myself and one or two user followed the guide amd did it successfully too.
Guide is ultra noob friendly with every steps. Follow it and you are good with it
Dont proceed if any of the file is missing.

Here's how software development works: It is possible even at the moment. The problem is that nobody has done so for this particular phone yet and posted online about it.
I'm guessing it can be as simple as replacing the bootanimation.zip or something cleaner like a magisk module.
Whenever I try oem unlock, there's error, I know there is old thread about it, but nothing that will help... Is there a way to unlock bootloader without lenovo server?

Dude... You have to wait the 14 days
And when it also fails after 14 days you have to wait longer. Until your phone connects with the lenovo servers. No there is no other way. Without lenovo no unlock.

Actually yea. I downgraded to mm. And tried. Still no luck. And on lenovo's own k6 power oem unlocks like damn with a tap.

even today the servers to grant the unlocking of the bootloader do not go and its say lenovoID without permission the network is unvainable please check network status first
I think it is time to contact lenovo support. Goodluck man!

Its since 10 days about. Its a recurring issue though thats what you found in forums. I am saying because i started 14 day process and 6th april was gonna be my 14th day but you know the rest.
I checked on the internet and they are all of the opinion that there is little we can do. we just have to wait for lenovo to realize and start working to fix the problem

I am so much tempting to install magisk but i need stock boot.img file to patch and flash via adb but its risky haha lets see what happens
Great stuff. Thanks for the fast reply. I'll be watching for any updates with interest ! I can't live without adblock, afwall and titanium. Plus I'd be wanting to remove any bloatware which for me includes everything Google.

I'd prefer the global rom, the only reason I chose the Chinese rom is because the L29 didnt come in 8GB/256GB.

Nothing, I keep using it I have the Huawei Honor Note 8, which was also Chinese, and it was fine, just some of the Chinese applications I wish has English option to use. But So far this phone is great, slightly smaller then the HN8 but still awesome.

I did try it and installed it but it just goes to the TWRP launch screen and gets stuck there. I have to reboot several times now to get phone to boot up normal... Yikes
