I downloaded the goggle recorder app and it's working on the pixel 3a if anyone is interested in the app. It transcribes perfectly on the test I did. It also saves the recording after it's done.

is there a voice recorder that records both sides of the phone conversation??
No google will not allow it......
Although Google voice can be used.....it does inform the other party that they are being recorded

Check out Ultimate Voice Recorder on the market.
Anyone know of one that works on cm_arcee's cm9 kang? Google hasn't produced many good results for me so just wondering if anyone has tested out any video recording apps that work. Thanks!
He already stated that video recording don't work. Doesn't matter what app you use, it still won't work.
Is call recording mod is available for Galaxy 3?

Call Recording
I don't think it's available on the phone by default, but you could download a third party app to do it.
I found a few on the Play Store:
- Record My Call
- Auto Call Recorder
- Call Recorder
(I can't post links links yet, but if you google them then you should find them easy enough)
Have a go and see which one works the best.
Hi
I've owned several Samsung phones previously and they were bundled with a basic voice recorder. However it supported using both microphones (camera and voice (top and bottom)) for recording interview conversations.
Is there any app for pixel that can do the same?
I have tried a few from the play store but they only seem to offer selecting a single microphone at a time.
Thank you

I have a Google Pixel 4a
Android 13
Build TQ2A.230405.003
I want to be able to record video calls I have with my kids when they call from Google Meet while they're with their mom. (divorced)
I tried the built in Screen Recorder, but it doesn't capture any audio. For context, the screen recorder does capture audio, but it mutes as soon as I use Google Meet. It also muted when using Facebook Messenger for video chats. My understanding is that this is be design, thanks to Google.
I'm able to capture clear audio from a Google Meet call separately from Screen Recorder using CubeACR, but I'm left having to pull the audio from CubeACR and sync it with the video in a video editor, and I sometimes have 2-3 calls per day, so it's a lot of extra work to compile the audio and video together each time.
Willing to buy an app. There's a bunch of sketchy video recording apps on Google Play so I'm hoping I can get a more direct referral.
I'm also willing to buy a cheap, older 2nd phone if I have to, if there's another brand that isn't blocking voice recording like Google is. If anybody knows of a cheap phone I could buy, that would also be helpful.
Thanks!
