So I rooted my Galaxy S10E 970F with this Magisk tutorial. Magisk had successully been installed and then I tried moving the YouTube app from a system app to a regular app, I then restarted my device and got it stuck in a bootloop. Is there any way to get it out of a boot loop? But also, I know certain system apps are ones I shouldn't mess with, but does messing with YouTube cause problems on your device?
Flash stock ROM with odin would be my guess. But you should refer to help from the threads used for any installs you did.
Did you use a Magisk app or a file browser to move youtube?
I have the same problem.
I rooted my Galaxy S10E. Magisk had successully been installed then I restarted my device and got it stuck in a bootloop, each 11 seconds, like the video on youtub watch?v=52AGLD69B2o.

Okay I have the sm-G920P, and I used cf autoroot to root, I then installed twrp and the renegade rom. I also installed the unikernel kernel
The phone will start, display splash, Go to the "android is starting" screen, sometimes lets me choose wifi network, sometimes reboots at this point, the farthest I ever get is where it says we are preparing your services, this may take 3-4 mins. But I can never get through it all the way because the device keeps rebooting itself.
I tried flashing back the stock files from sammobile to no avail, I also went to the best buy store and had the samsung guys flash it 2x .... no luck... What can I do to fix this issue?
I knew I shouldnt have attempted to root this phone...UGH!
Does anyone know where I can find a PIT file for this model?
I would suggest you head over to the sprint forums
Lot's of useful guides like Root/TWRP / Sim-Unlocking
Hope this helps!

Hey guys, so I'm up for a new phone (had this phone for 2 years) and I remember having a friend root + flash me the cyanogenmod on my Samsung Galaxy S3
I decided to root/flash my current phone (Galaxy S5) and i ended up ****ing in on several fronts.
The following is what I did and where I ended up
Rooted phone through Odin - was successful but I got a feeling it was outdated as I got the Seandroid kernal thing in red
Got ROM Manager and flashed recovery to TWRP - successful
Flashed ROM to Cyanogenmod nightly 7/14/16 - used the wrong version so i couldn't use my phone to call
Flashed Rom to the correct version - successful
Installed Gapps zip so i can use the app store and etc - experienced issues as it was always saying the store failed and etc
Now where I am currently
I ended up wiping all the data and etc so I can flash back to the Stock ROM/firmware since I couldn't get the Gapps to work.
I tried to flash the firmware but everytime I flash it and it boots to the stock recovery and says "installing android update" it gets to 1/3rd where it says "Erasing" and boots up to the Sprint Logo where the Blue notif is on and it is stuck.
I'm assuming its soft bricked and on a bootloop and I am trying to see if I can salvage this phone.
I tried flashing different version of the firmware (my brother has the same phone his version is G900PVPS3CPE2) and i tried that and G900PVPU3CPA. Both times its says its successful on odin but upon booting it only gets 30% before it says erasing and returns to get stuck on the boot.
Can I salvage this phone and if so can someone guide me through the proccess (links to proper firmware download/etc)
I do not care if any data/apps is lost (i have important stuff backed up on my gmail), I just want my phone to work.
That being said, my phone is salvageable instead of guiding me to repairing my phone to stock, if they can guide me to set my phone to a custom ROM (cyanogenmod or anything they suggest assuming they can get the googleapps to work on it) can someone please guide me through that.
Thanks again for reading.
Edit: All info in a TLR format incase my wall of text was messy
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S5 SM-G900P (SPR) Android 6.0.1
problem: ****ed up with flashing now phone is stuck in bootloop
What I want: Find a solution to make my phone work, ideally to make it work using a custom rom(any works) that has a working google apps installed.
so i rooted my sm-510fn with magisk and i installed a module and rebooted as the app said to do and after that i just saw the samsung j5 2016 animation (the very first one,not even samsung logo on the booting animation) and in a 1-2 secs i realized my phone was bricked fortunately i was able to recover it by flashing a firmware but there was some issues ( i didn't have any contacts and i wasn't able to receive phone calls) so i restored to factory setting and found a backup from 30/6/2018 and recovered from that (btw. this happent yesterday) right now the phone is working great and right now i am scared to root again because i don't know if the magisk messed up my phone or was it the module so if anyone could tell me if i messed up in rooting or anything i followed a guide here and installed twrp too and can there be a bad module that it's intention was to do that and i just got lucky by recovering (i installed emoji module i don't know which one specificly)
hey guys, i think i really did everything wrong about rooting...
i tried to root my s7 edge with odin, so i flashed the newest twrp and that worked but my phone wasntn rootet, so i flashed magisk v16 from twrp after and got stucked in the samsung logo and my idea was to flash lineage 17.1 and superSu and now my internal storage is no more shown in twrp and my phone now is not even stucking in the samsung logo anymore, it stucks in the really first "samsung Galaxy edge screen" and even twrp stucks in booting screen, only thing working right now is download mode
i did everything youtubers told me and i still stuck in this screen and wanna know if theres a solution, or is there no chance left for my phone?
ofc i havent done any backups..
so at first, pls dont judge me, im really new to the scene and on youtube everything looked so easy and the second thing is my language
my english is not that good
is there a way to completely go back to stock and stock kernel or might the internal storage got damage by all the things ive done?
couldnt find any solution on xda or youtube
Try to boot into twrp again.
Flash encryption file (no verify opt encrypt 6.0.zip) for internal memory. Think this is your problem. Your memory is encrypted.

You can try this link to unbrick your phone and try to root again.
https://forum.xda-developers.com/s7-edge/how-to/guide-unbrick-install-stock-rom-samsung-t3550669
Hey,
I actually had kind of same problem when I tried to flash stock ROM,
I got pretty much everything wrong when I was trying to make it boot again,
so I almost bricked it.
Only download mode was working and TWRP couldn't boot,
So I left it until battery drained and phone turned off,
after that I plugged the phone into a PC, opened download mode and flashed only BL, CP and CSC in odin, one by one.
I skipped AP because it got stuck every time I tried to flash stock ROM,
But flashing TWRP was always successful.
So I flashed TWRP, successfully, and tried to boot,
and it booted, it took several restarts but it actually booted.
If you boot into TWRP you will be able to get it to work again,
by repairing or formatting partitions and flashing stock ROM after that.
I've rooted my phone a couple days ago, successfully.
I decided to install TWRP on it today, and after Odin succeeded, I'm now stuck in a bootloop with only the first Samsug logo.
Whatever I do, fresh restart, safe mode, download mode, etc, it always shows the first logo and powers off right after.
any help? I really need it!
Samsung A22 5G
Model: SM-A226B
Region: VDF
Android 11 + One UI 3.1
Rooted with Magisk 24.3
Edit: FIXED!
Add: the phone randomly boots on its own, doing the exact same thing
It does not show the power off charging screen either.
I've noticed, whenever the phone is connected to Win10, Windows will very regularly (2 seconds) note that it's connected, with 1 second later disconnecting
FIX: I managed to get the phone into download mode, as I noticed the usb connected for a little time. from here, I tried to boot stock firmware on it, but kept failing at super.img.
as I kept trying, I found out that only the Official AP kept hanging and failing at super.img, but my magisk patched version... that worked! I also uploaded CSC, so I now have a blank new rooted phone

I got into download mode (considering bootloader is unlocked) and put new Android files on my phone (Odin3 program, AP file)
