I don't know why but after installing the last beta+magisk some fonts are bugged as hell and i can't get it to work

are u on modded font before u upgrade to beta ?
are u on magisk ? if yes, try to use this magisk mod https://forum.xda-developers.com/oneplus-6/themes/mod-pixel-2-sans-font-t3797613 maybe it could help. thx

And I found nothing about the extra phone settings, might be even a custom ROM.

You should download xposed and g2 tweakbox afer install these you can config status bar clock position and ....
