Weird issue on GEM 702 L B202

Little issue on my GEM 702 L on B202 release, no root no unlocked, updated manually through standard updater. I have been working trying to solve the problem but no solution up to now: microphone during a phone call or any WhatsApp or Skype call is not working, only if I use loud speaker. Call is perfect if I don't use loud speaker, I can listen and people can hear me on the other side. But when I use loud speaker I can perfectly listen, but people on the other side hardly hear me when I speak. Problem disappears if I use normal speaker. Don't understand what mic has to see with loud speaker, it seems like an interference between loud speaker and mic using loud speaker. I don't undesrstand if it is a hardware issue (and which one because loud speaker is Ok, mic is not working only with loud speaker on, standard call or camera video mic is workink OK). Anyone facing the same issue? Any idea? Can someone on B202 make a test for me so to avoid it is a B202 release bug? Thanks

sound skip while headset detected

Hi Xda,
I have a big issues with my phone and I think it's an hardware problem and I want to know what you guys think.
So when on speaker the sound is normal there is no problem but on headset, sound stop for a fraction of second every 10 second approximatively. sometimes when I plug the headset, the headset is not detected and the sound work fine on the headset(headset don't appear in status bar and modifying speaker settings in V4A modify headset sound, modifying headset settings does nothing in this case)
I want to know if it's possible to always make the phone think that the headset is a speaker as there is no sound problem when headset is not detected as a headset.
it happens on 7.1 tugarom amd 6.0 cm13 temasek.
V4A have nothing to do with the problem and audiofx is desactivated.

I tested it on cm12.1 full stock and it's still there. Don't know what to do ...

Ear Speaker goes off or upper speaker not working

This issue occurred when I flash a ROM and then I can't hear anything when call comes , I have to enable loud speaker to hear something on call.
And I was also using stereo mod on my device.
My ear speaker stopped working suddenly . When I flashed new ROM . I thought this is a problem with new ROM but when I flash back the old ROM on which ear speaker was working in that old ROM ear speaker was not working .
And hence my ear speaker is off
I want help to switch it on.
Please help please :crying:

after your problem, i feel i should disable Stereo mod ..
Did you try by installing StockROm ??

No I have not tried to install stock ROM , no time for that I will check it later
Checked on stock but no luck

It's hardware problem, but don't know why happen.

Quick help!!! Low mic volume?

I have the MT7-L09 B513 6.0 and the mic volume is so low. I read that its a software problem. Just want to ask if anyone has encountered the same problem here and could it be fixed with downgrade to kit kat or lollipop?
When i make a call the other person barely hears me but when i hit the speaker its fine. I cover the top mic to test the bottom one and on speaker its fine but when i switchit back the mic is very low and hard to hear.
If it were hardware the other person would not hear me on speaker mod and in-call. Also when i make Viber calls its fine on both in-call and speaker.
I downgraded to 5.1.1 and still same. The phone is not rooted and its locked bootloader. I tried disabling most apps i dont use and some settings change but cant figure out what to do.
I would appreciate any help. Should i root the phone and do some init.d changes on mic volume or ....dont know what to try.

Any suggestions? Is it ok to root with Kingroot, i dont want to unlock the bootloader just to flash su and root it?

[HELP]Viper4Android glitching

So i have a galaxy s6 with ultimate nougat custom rom ( here is a link forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/samsung-galaxy-s-6--s-6-edge-unified-development/rom-ultimate-nougat-s8-port-t3681259/amp/ ) from 6 months and i have installed viper4android since then, and the issue that i am having is that when viper is active using my in over the ear headphones razer electra v2 and turn up the volume over ~70% or to 100% the sound glitches for a split second and the music stops, and volume lowers automatically to ~20 and i have to unplug and plug the headphones again,
It does not matter what app am i using to listen to music, the headphones are brand new and work perfectly fine on any other device i tried them on, at the beginig there was no problem with them and since then i haven't installed or modified my phone in any way, normal in ear head phones work without problem on any volume, i tried with my roommate's steel series headphones that he is using daily and the same thing happens when i increase the volume more than ~70%. I tried to fix this by restarting my phone several times, removing viper and installing the newest version, and searched for any similar problems that someone else might have but no clue whatsoever. I am sorry if the topic is not for this section but im desperate.
[UPDATE] I have tried different settings and i disabled my sound alive app, and it didnt work, however i noticed that rhe problem ia not in the volume but its in the bass instead. I tried to listen songs that dont have that much bass in them with viper4android on and i had no issues, but when i play songs with bass in them, then the problem occurs. Playing songs with bass and viper4android off causes no problems.

could those headphones have built in volume limiters??

I dont know, but i doubt that they have because i tried other over the ear headphones, and the result is the same
