G970U One UI 2.0 beta firmware links? - Samsung Galaxy S10e Questions & Answers

Does anyone have links for the beta for the US s10e? I'm on verizon and cant enroll in the beta.

I have an Unlocked model and am on T-Mobile. How has no one made the download available yet?

Idk man. I've been dying to flash the beta, but no firmware links for my phone seem to exist. Are you enrolled in the beta and if so can you create a link? I'm not exactly sure how it works but if possible let me know.

Sorry, but I'm in the same boat as you. They said that Unlocked US variant should get the beta but the sign up option in the members app doesn't appear at all for me. So either I missed it somehow or they delayed it for the Unlocked variant.
If I do end up getting access I'll be sure to post it here for others to download.

I'll keep this updated with newer versions as they're released. Unfortunately I wasn't fast enough to grab the older ones so if anyone would like to donate them to the cause, that would be great.

@iBowToAndroid Does this Stock_Downgrade firmware actually work to downgrade to PC5? https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24533100289590563
Yes... it also enabled video calling and wifi hotspot for me. The tethering/hotspot menu setting is not there, but the dropdown notification settings can have the hotspot setting added. Havent tried the video calling feature. Also the dialer codes do not work in the ##DATA# format.

Yes you can downgrade... but is has its pros and cons. It is not the same as the sprint ota. It has its pros and cons. Some of which I mentioned above. I used Odin to flash the file, but had to delete the MD5 extension for Odin to acknowledge it.

Man I didn't even see your post above. Is the battery life improved when going back to it? Ever since PD3 my battery life hasn't been the same.
I haven't charged my phone fully since yesterday, but it certainly hasn't gotten any worse. The icon for LTE has changed to a 4G icon with this downgrade. Thank you for the link uploaded by iBowToAndroid, its great to have hotspot working again.

Its not the firmware that came with the phone originally. It's the first OTA. I downloaded it. It's only the AP. No BL, CP, or CSC. So those will still be from PD3. I installed it via Odin and am setting the phone back up right now. So far everything is working ok. Would be awesome to have the bootloader and everything else that goes with it, but if it works it works!

I haven't been able to successfully downgrade to PB5. Maybe someone else will have better luck.
Sent from my SM-G935P using Tapatalk
The link I posted above is legit. I cannot get the PB5 firmware to take, I keep getting bootloops, but the uploader has had success downgrading all but the bootloader.
The PC5 package totally works though. Bootloader and all. I just successfully Odin'ed all 4 tars back to PC5 and will remain on PC5 until Samsung and Sprint can get their heads out of their asses when it comes to the poor battery life introduced with the PD3 update.

Nice! Thanks for the find!
And got a bootloop on the PB5 firmware too. I'm assuming it's a corrupted upload.
Does anyone else have PB5 that we can download? I'm aching for my hotspot back. Thanks!

The AP, CP, CSC files all flash fine, the BL will not. And you may get bootloops. I haven't seen anyone other than the original uploader get it to boot up properly.

Enjoy your capped data and over priced service. Be happy you're getting it in the first place. Lots of devices get left behind by both Samsung and T-Mobile. Plus T-Mobile always gets the best hardware base.

The Marshmallow update is out, but you cannot download it because its size is bigger than 2 GB! And it asks for premium membership purchase!
So I ask you my fellow awaiters, could someone please download it somehow and provide another link for us poor people.

Thank you.

No no, I meant while downloading it from Samsung-updates.com it asks for premium purchase. And I went there because I can't download the firmware from Sammobile.com..
So if you succeed man, would you please provide me a link to download it from some other resumable source..
Thank you..
You guys can use SamFirm to download the LATEST firmware with full download speed and pause option, about the "new" 6.0.1, i get some lags and i'm thinking seriously to go back for 5.1.1

Nougat Beta G930U

I was running the unlocked firmware before I installed Echoe Rom. Should I flash back stock unlocked firmware or flash T-mobile firmware (my current carrier)? I haven't seen any threads in regards to the unlocked firmware and the nougat beta.
I'm aware the beta is currently closed, but want to be ready when/if it opens again.
Please use dedicated threads for such questions.

I suppose yours is snapdragon version? Nougat beta is not available for snapdragon version AFAIK. Also even if you manage to find it will be beta 1 which is not worth flashing atm.
Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk
Actually, there is a post about being able to load Verizon's Nougat Beta on a T-Mobile phone. I actually tested this out and have confirmed it works. Not sure how it will work on the SM-G930U, but as long as it's the same chipset, maybe it will work too.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-galaxy-s7/how-to/vzw-nougat-sm-g930t-t3502902
Before you attempt this, make a backup and also make a backup of your APN settings, because you will probably need that for your carrier.

Sorry got an AT&T they do not Allow Beta Testers. So who knows when they will get Oreo to run with all their Bloatware Next Year to release Oreo!!! Think just T-Mobile and Verizon allowed to be Beta Testers.
You can flash unlocked firmware and run beta. They just dropped a beta update now and say within the next month will be opening up the program again so keep an eye on the Samsung+ app
