I think the problem is with the software version we're on, as it seems to me that with the previous version it worked! I also have the same problem. I'm on A.23

I didnt get you....you mean the A23 rom can unlock or A23 can't unlock? I just flash A23 rom but still no luck... vpn also tried....didn't change a thing...I bought it in Taiwan... the customer service said that Raiwan version dont allow modify the system.... so that's it? hope there will be some other solution....

I said that I too am unable to unlock the bootloader with the A23 version. I'm in Spain and bought the phone in Amazon!

I got a.23 and i successfully unlocked mine with no prob. But when i relock it, it stuck in fastboot mode. Even booting in recovery mode doesn't work. Can you help me with that?

For those people that didn't get the unlocking code - or don't want to unlock (i can't get the code and don't want to unlock)
NOW : YOU CAN ROOT WITH ONLY ONE CLICK
AND EVEN WITH LOCKED BOOTLOADER
NO factory reset NO Voiding Warranty NO changing stock recovery NO waiting for days to get the code
after days of searching i found this chinese application that root with one click
it's used for unlocking xperia devices even with locked bootloader
i tried many versions of it and only one worked (Download in the bottom )
Tested Devices:
U8950N-51
U8950N-1
U8950-1
i hope it work with other models
REQUIREMENTS :
1: Ensure the device drivers is installed correctly
2: Make sure Usb debuugging is on (Settings > Developer options)
3: Download Eroot from GoogleDrive
ROOTING :
1: Connect your device to the PC using USB cable
2: open Eroot_V1.3.4.exe
Note: If it started to download some thing cancel it by clicking the green button
3: Hit " -root " button
4: wait till the End
Note: if it didn't work for the first time try again - if still go to " C:\user\user account\Appdata\Raoming\ " and delete Eroot Folder

well some tried them ( the most problem is with the bluetooth and overclocking the cpu over 1GHZ )
and the official update will be in one month or two (they really take very long )

I fear it would be very hard for you
since this Phone is almost unknown
so it will be very hard to get the unlock code of the sim
just call the provider or find some one who unlocks huawei phones
but it will cost you about 10$-15$

The one in Dev options is just the prompt to allow the bootloader to be unlocked. You have to use fastboot to unlock bootloader
I have purchased ivoomi me 5 back two years
I wanted it to be rooted but i cannot find any proper twrp or cwp for this phone due to its low budget secondly I wanted a custom rom of android Oreo or pie . Please please please anyone help me
So i don't know why this phone is so unpopular but I'm really interested in buying one over the Mi 9. So here's my question, what is ZTE's history with allowing us to unlock bootloaders on their phones? How long do we expect it will take before that happens? Because whether or not I buy this phone depends on rootability.

I imported the phone, as it's not available here in the US. It's great little phone, but it does have it's drawbacks and one of those is rootability. ZTE has a history of locking bootloaders by eliminating the fastboot option.

Currently there is no way to do that. What you can do to have your Chinese model RMX2071 closer to the Global one is to follow the steps as described within the URL below by Mywk (debloating):

It would be a good idea to steal to unlock the bootloader and install the firmwsre from India through the official flash tool for fastboot, as it is done in xiaomi

I know this is off topic, but I'm quite interested in actually getting theme store for my UK RMX2075 phone, I don't suppose you could get the apk from read only system partition? Want to try it and see if it works.

U can try with indepth test for realmeX, ... (realme use realme UI and android 10)
I think that working !

I just update to color os 7.it make my phone lag.does anyone have the in depth test app that i can use?

My problem was same. But i successfully downgrade to color os 6. I guess you can try it too.
Enable USB Debugging and Allow unlock boot loader option in USB debugging.
Connect your mobile with PC and use following Command.
adb reboot bootloader
fastbook flashing unlock
Check mobile for unlock option.
Anlock bootloader relmi rmx51911
i am sucessfully unlocked realme 5 realme ui using that in-depthtest tool attached above and this adb driver for relame 5 : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KQe2ttC7diT9UMptg_aMnA0PPxuwP8nR/view?usp=sharing

i have the same problem did you find a solution to the problem,,i reas somewhere that for people like you and me who are getting this error we are probably using a carrier customized realme

Try use this step

In my process of unlocking the bootloader for my Realme X3 SuperZoom, I hit an error in the In-Depth Test app that told me I had a "carrier-customized" device and thus couldn't continue. I figured out how to get around this without needing root...
