I just placed a preorder for the Clearly White 64gb on T-Mobile with Jump on Demand. Finally get to own a pixel now that T-Mobile is carrying it and I can use my Jump on Demand Benefits. Show shipping date of October 24th.
I ordered the black xl 128 from AT&T, should be here next Thursday. Does anyone know if Google allows the carriers to add bloat??

No grain of salt needed. I was the one who made additional posts in that thread that you seemed to doubt. There is no bloatware on the AT&T model, however if it will load 3 apps when booted with an AT&T SIM card: MyAT&T, AT&T TV, and Call Protect. All three of those are NOT system apps and can easily be uninstalled.
Also, the AT&T model is SIM locked for both regular SIM and eSIM, does support DSDS out of the box, and has a locked bootloader.

Same here. I didn't see that option at check out either. it hasn't been shipped yet, so in theory it should be possible to upgrade the shipping, but I have no clue how. Please share with us if you figure out how to, if that is the route you intend to go. BTW, 128XL Oh so orange, ordered Oct15 due Oct31/Nov1

I'm back in the Pixel Pre-Order thread!!!! ?? more $$ out my wallet lol. I ordered the Unlocked 128GB 4XL Panda unlocked through Google which will be on my T-Mobile account (no bloat). I had the 1st Pixel XL & (currently) 2XL (skipped the 3 XL) and decided to get the 4 XL... Estimated delivery date of Oct 30th-31st.
Debating what I will do with the $100 credit when I get it (wish the pixel buds were out... Maybe I'll finally get the nest doorbell).
Originally had a pre-order through the Google Store for a Panda 4 XL 128GB unlocked with expedited shipping and estimated delivery date of 24-25.
Decided to cancel that and order through Best Buy instead with a store pick up date of the 24th because I was able to use my 6% Elite Plus rewards, 3% Rakuten rewards, and some saved up Best Buy rewards.
Much better for me because then if I get a bad QC phone, which hopefully won't be the case now that Foxconn makes them, I can just exchange at Best Buy, without stressing about Google's choice of carrier messing things up.

I see lots of people complaining about this and that thing and how it should be different on the pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL - I see the same kind of comments on virtually all "Pre-Orders" I have done - Samsung in particular - but at the end of the day, it is what it is - we can choose to buy or not - and frankly, I choose to buy. The Pixel 4XL looks like it is going to be a simply awesome phone - the camera (which is one of the main reasons I am getting it) looks amazing. Could it be better ? Sure - but then my paycheck could be bigger too and it's not. So I deal with it and look for the positive.

If you're already on jump on demand you can call 800-937-8997 and place an order for a different color. All they have is silver and gold . They'll ship you the phone and you have 14 days to take your original phone to a store to turn it in.
You still qualify for the extra battery, charging cradle, and 360 cam.

My local store said gold is "the only color that's out right now." Mehh.
My G4 quit working literally an hour before I was picking up a G5 at lunch.
When I went in to the T-Mo store, they replaced my G4 with a G5 (Jump!), but as was said before, they only had Gold, which is fine with me because I didn't really care. They called around only the main SF store had the silver version, and they only had 5. By the time I would have gotten there, I would have received gold there too.
I just went into my local store to look at the phone. I don't see why people are saying it's ugly. It's a very nice phone. But anyway, my local store had both gold and silver.

Looks like T-Mobile is only getting silver and gold. After running into gold only in my area of about 12 stores, I checked on their website - gold and silver are the only colors available to order. Called their customer service and they confirmed T-Mobile will only have the 2 colors. Disappointing.

I think the gold looks decent, but I'm going to cover it with a case anyways. So it really only matter if you're planning on using it nude, which I don't recommend given the drop tests

Follow-up: I called in my order to T-Mobile on Sunday April 3rd. Was told it would take about 3 weeks to ship, and got the cheapest shipping (which they said take a week) which ended up being $7.46. Got an email this morning (Wednesday April 6th) saying it's shipped. Hasn't been dropped off but it's UPS ground. Much better than expected so far!
I got mine launch day 4/1, and like others have said Gold was the only color available. It's grown on me since I got it though and I am going to put a skin on it anyway so it really doesn't matter much.

Ran me $1,023 vs $840 before tax for the gimped U.S. model. For the extra money I'm getting 128GB and Exynos (and all its perks). Definitely worth the extra, and the fact that there are no free items this time made the choice that much easier.

Yup, got the "Shipped" notice about 2 pm!
I sold my 7 months old Pixel 3 XL for $750 and thought a lot as what to get, i.e, Xperia 1, S10+ or even wait
for Pixel 4, but the more I looked and also what OnePlus has done with 7 Pro plus the "Development" community's
excellent work with OnePlus devices left me with one choice only!
Yeah it's expensive here but I had about $650 saved up in anticipation for the 7 Pro. I also might sell my 6T so that will basically pay for the remainder of the 7 Pro.
That conversion though, wasn't expecting it to be so drastic compared to USD lol.

The conversion rate puts a dent on Canadian wallets. I’ve ordered the blue 256gb. Will be comparing to the pixel 3 XL which is also an amazing phone since android Q beta.

This is some device! I always when it comes to power, smoothness and refine, Pixel is the king.
No more! The screen, the scrolling are amazing and the Haptic Engine is in par with Apple's.
I know nothing is perfect but this device is awesome.

Not yet! I'd like to keep it stock for a little while to gauge the battery and all
on fully stock and then when everything is stable i.e TWRP, MAGISK.
But a lot of people have already done it.

I was clicking into the store every few minutes during the live cast and when it finally showed the Pixel 4 I immediately tried to get an orange 128 XL but they were already sold out. I ended up picking it up on Fi but a black 128 XL for 999 with a 100 dollar credit which shows shipping on the 26th to 29th.
Edit... The website showed 26th to 29th for shipping, the confirmation email shows 24th to 25th for shipping.
No pixel 3 xl (or 3) trade in. At least I didn't see it as an option. Did I miss something?

They offered $260 for my 3 XL. My 3 XL is mint, not a scratch or blemish anywhere. I just decided to keep it.
I have kids and then grandchildren, one of them is always willing take take on the last as I move onto the next and it saves me the hassle of having to box it up for trade or selling it. Lots of discretionary income is the only good thing about being old, the rest of it sucks pretty hard.

I think others who have some experience ordering phones from google will back me up on this when I say their shipping timing is based on a guy throwing a dart at a dart board. And don't think it will show up on whatever day the dart hits either; could be sooner, could be later. No, I'm not kidding. I've already got two different dates, the numbers the website showed are not the same as the dates on my confirmation email. And that's just today. If it doesn't change before I get the phone I'll be genuinely surprised.

Mine went through, 1TB in red. So happy they finally added back the 1TB option and offered the larger storage amount in other colours besides black! Wasnt goigoingto buy one because i went fold 3 but once i saw that...had to pull the trigger lol
I ordered through Verizon, and holy sheet, what a nightmare!!! It took an hour in a chat to get the phone ordered, but now it won't let me check all the agreement boxes, so now I'm on the phone with verizon, and the online agreement isn't working either. Sitting on with an agent now. FFS

I ordered through Verizon, and holy sheet, what a nightmare!!! It took an hour in a chat to get the phone ordered, but now it won't let me check all the agreement boxes, so now I'm on the phone with verizon, and the online agreement isn't working either. Sitting on with an agent now. FFS

Took me a little while as well. I ordered about 2 hours ago. The site was already suffering.
FINALLY got my fixed. They had to cancel the original order, then order again. Blasted Samsung for not accepting the pixel 6 pro as a trade in! I'm sure I'll get mine a week after those that ordered from Samsung..

I was having the same problem with the site. I just chatted w/ sales via the widget on the bottom right and they got me squared away. You do need to switch to a proper plan if you aren't on one already though.

It's $1000 but there's something wrong with their system. Get on a chat, they fix it for you.

Probably, but I'd rather have it come out monthly on my VZW account. Plus I don't want a lot of the accessories anyhow.
I managed to pre-order before the presentation was over un the UK. There was a queue system on each checkout step lol I pre-ordered the S22 Ultra 512GB in Graphite. Trading in my wife's P40 Pro, and at least in the UK you get the Buds Pro as a gift for pre-ordering.
after 8 frickin hours of trying off and on, I was able to get one pre-ordered here in the States, green unlocked 512gb, wanted the red one but the green was my next choice and was able to get that ordered, so that`s what I got lol, I was curious so I tried a preorder again and there site is still having issues at 4 am in the states WTF samsung.
My wife was trying all day yesterday. she finally got a checkout button and she checked out and it removed the watch from her cart without letting her make changes and she lost her 250 samsung credit. She is so mad. she has benn trying to call them since midnight est time. I am not even sure she slept.
I placed an "upgrade programme" order last night ok ... website in uk seemed bugged and only allowed burgendy colour
But cancelled the order for now instead anyway -- waiting until we get some real performance metrics from the device ... "leaked" figured / testing have been all over the place so nothing trusted yet.
Need to see things like stress tests etc on Exynos before i commit again.
