Hi,
Since the latest Tizen update, my sleep alert has suddenly stopped and I cannot seem to find an option on the watch to enable it. 30 minutes or so after I had woken up it would automatically alert me to the quality etc of my nights sleep before the update. Can anyone let me know how to get this back on again?
Secondly, when I set up a multiple workout widget, it doesn't continue to the next exercise, it jumps back to the main exercise selection screen where I have to rotate the bezel to find the next exercise. Is there something I have missed?
Thanks,
Mike

Smartphone 2 new owner here.
I am trying to find out if there is a Night Mode for the SW2? I often spend nights away from home on business. I need to look at my watch during the night sometimes to check if it's time to catch an early flight. Is there anyway to switch on a Night Mode that stops the watch vibrating and stops the screen automatically lighting up with notifications?
I know I can turn off vibrate and bluetooth manually, but then I don't get notifications stored, and I have to remember to turn them back on when I want normal operation.
It would be nice to have Alarm notifications operate normally (light and vibrate), whilst other notifications come through, but don't light ot vibrate.
Anyone have any suggestions please?
Disable Bluetooth on the smartphone, it's easier.
You can set also a scheduled profile on the phone that at night turns off the Bluetooth and at morning turns it on.

Many thanks TMI. The simplest solutions are often the best
One more question please... Do I need an app for schedulng this (Blocking Mode doesn't seem to control Bluetooth). And, if so, does anyone recommend a simple app for scheduling bluetooth on/off?
Thank you.
There are many free profile scheduling apps on the Play Store
Some examples:

Search Play Store with the keywords time profile for more apps.
Hi, I have an interesting issue with sleep tracking. S3 starts sleep tracking automatically. However after I wake up I usually sit down on the couch to have my cup of coffee and read news for an hour or so. I have noticed that my S3 detects this time as sleep and reports about it Is anybody having same experience? I know, this is not a big issue however...

I had sort of the opposite experience. It apparently started automatically, but stopped when I got up at 5am for a, um, waste elimination event. I was back in bed within a minute or two, but didn't go right back to sleep. While I was laying there my watch displayed a notification with the number of hours slept (signaling the end of the sleep period, I guess).
This was my first night with the watch, though. Wondering if it needs to learn my patterns?
EDIT: So ... I have to modify my observations a bit. The number I got for sleep time was from the notification that appeared on the watch. When I went into the S Health app on my phone, though, it showed the correct duration, including periods of light vs. motionless sleeping. I've attached screen shots with each of the sleep periods highlighted.
Whenever I'm running, my watch screen constantly reverts back to the watch face. For instance, if I'm trying to click into Music to change track or to S Health to view the time or distance, it'll change to that screen for about half a second and then instantly flick back to the watch face before I can actually see what I want to see. I can understand it reverting to watch face after a normal 30 second timeout but this is instant. Is there any way to prevent it from doing this?
You can try mapmyrun from under armour, it stayed on throughout my run (there is a setting in the app to keep screen on).

try to switch off the "Movement Activation". Then if you want your screen to stay on all the time, install Flaunt. That's what I do when I'm exercising.
Every now and then, I will be fast asleep when all of a sudden, my watch starts vibrating. I wake up and check the notification, which effectively states, "Hey, man! Were you asleep?"
So I dismiss the notification and go back to sleep. Just as I am finally nodding off again, my watch starts vibrating again. This time it reads, "Tap here to find out why sleep is important."
At this point I'm thinking, "My watch can sleep in the microwave... Do this to me again and I'll turn it on!"
...My watch stays silent for the rest of the night.
Anyway, is there any way to disable the god awful sleep detection? It has never worked properly anyway. My watches life depends on a solution.
I have a different issue with sleep detection. When I fall asleep during travel, either in car or train, my Galaxy Watch 4 doesn’t recognise my sleep. Is it the same of all or should I adjust some setting?
I got a question. On my old Gear S3 when i enabled auto workout detection and started running, after 10 minutes my watch said "Keep it up!" And i could track how long i was running and stuff. Is there a way to have this on my Watch 4? Cause it does auto track my workouts but i cannot track em trough my watch and it does not pop up after running for 30minuted and stuff while i'm exercising. Thanks for the help!
Nobody?
I was using this option long time ago. If I remember well you can switch on Auto detect Activities in Settings - Samsung Health . Watch detects only walking and running, after ~10 minutes. Tracking screen should pop up or there will be small Activiti icon at screen bottom. Just touch it to see full tracking.
