help please!!! activating on wifi

ok guys i have a problem i just updated my phone to load cyonegen or what ever anyway when i updated to the version that i needed to load the rom it obviously reset my phone now i have no service i have a sim card but no service running to it... i found this and tryed to follow it http://modmygphone.com/forums/showpost.php?p=51891&postcount=12|
ok but now im stuck on cmd line i load the adb shell and get the adb shell to recognize my device but now im stuck at this

Theme flasher [terminal emulater] Method...

The easiest way to flash themes through
TERMINAL EMULATER....
Follow steps below
1)download terminal emulater apk
http://db.tt/UOHszDVp
Type following commands
2)enter such(it will ask superuser permissions allow it)
3)chmod(space)0755(space)/system/bin/chtheme(press enter)
chtheme
It will reboot automatically or enter commands to reboot.

linux on nexus 5-help pls

hello,
I'm trying to run Linux on my N5,but it don't work.I made very step right as complete Linux installer say.I tried many rooms and kernels.cm,miui,mahdi,android L.(kernel :brood,elemental,stock,mahdi.)I don't get any error.after I press start Linux,the cmd shows up,some commands and nothing happen.I get on miui error :no permission.I think is because no root.can somebody help me?thx.

Botched up Rooting Lenovo K8 Plus

Following the excellent but incomplete tutorial written at: https://forum.xda-developers.com/android/general/root-unlock-bootloader-root-lenovo-k8-t3703559
I have come to the last step where it states: "3. Open up you device & install magisk manager from here"
I do not know how to do that and where do I go from here because on bootup the logo screen says "Your device is unlocked and cannot be trusted" etc. but I managed to Google how to get to the recovery menu.
Could anyone kindly guide me or point me out in the direction where I can help myself please?

Problem with rooting a Xiaomi 10 Redmi 5g global

Hi guys, Hope you are doing well,
I am having trouble with rooting my Redmi 10 5g.
Basically, I did all of the steps but at the end when I am about to give the command on the cmd "fastboot flash boot magisk_patched.img" an error message comes up saying "No such file or directory"
Any advice?

you didn't put the .img extension if it still doesn't work try dragging the file into the cmd
