Dualshock4 + android9 - HTC U11 Questions & Answers

Hi there!
Is supposed that Google added support for dualshock4 controller in android9, but I am not able to connect it to the U11 running Pie.
Can someone do that?
I am asking this because Sony has enabled remote play for every android device and it would be interesting to play using the ds4 controller.
Thanks!

Hi, i'm not to knowledgeable on bluetooth controllers on the Shield or other android devices (such as the nyko line of bluetooth controllers). But the only method (that I have experience with) is with sony's six-axis controller for the ps3. I have two ps3 controllers and rooted multiple of my android devices (Asus tf700 tablet, Nexus S, and Shield) and paired my PS3 controllers by a simple procedure to get both to work on my device (using an app called "Sixaxis Controller"). This is the only method that i have experience with that would let you play with 2 controllers on a 2 player game running on a emulator. Sorry if this isn't the answer you're looking for, but this is the only method i know that works for me.
Requirements:
- rooted device
- two ps3 controllers
- pc
- Sixaxis Controller app

Galaxy S3 mapping and Bluetooth Problems.

Hi XDA community,
Hi everyone,
I have a rooted Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-19300 running android 4.3. Now here are my problems.
#1. I successfully installed Tincore Keymapper and the PS SIXAXIS apps, and I can apply mapping profiles in both apps, and both apps register my controllers, but when I try to use them in a game, nothing happens. And I know my controllers are not broken (Works with Dead Triggers Controller setup).
#2. I saw videos on youtube where people easily connected a PS3 or PS4 controller directly with their non SONY phone, even an S3. My S3 can read my PS3/4 controllers (Via BlueTooth), but not pair with or use them. So, is there a way to fix that; maybe update the Bluetooth or it's driver?
I reeeally would like these things fixed on my phone, please help.
Got the exact same problem with the SIXAXIS CONTROLLER app,the controller registers wirelessely,I've created profile for the Shadow Fight 2 game but it simply won't work+when switching to the S8XAXIS CONTROLLER app,the profile is set to NONE while before starting the game was selected the game's profile.I've been troubling for days and can't find a solution anywhere in the web or youtube.. My phone is GS4 GT-i9505 Jellybean 4.3.
cheers.

Custom Rom that allows support of the DualShock4 Controller (PS4)

I've tried googling this for a long time now (me no expert on researching stuff) but yeah, self explanatory title.
ps3 controller works so i bet the ps4 does. no custom rom needed

So um yeah i just tried connecting a ps3 controller with s7's otg adapter. Tried mapping controls via PPSSPP Emulator. Nothing works.
Just bought the newest version of the ps4 controller and it does connect using Bluetooth, but it has a small lag. Works with ppsspp and other emulators, doesn't work with ported remote play app. 8bit nes controller still better for me when playing emulators. On stock updated rom s7.

Anybody found a way to make a dualshock gamepad work in PS4 remote play?

It’s fantastic that we now have an official PS4 remote play app and I’ve easily sideloaded onto my quest.
But without Android 10, it doesn’t have controller support.
Anybody seen a way of getting that working?
I would like to see that as well

Question So i bought [TB-J716F] and have some doubts

Hello Everyone, i bought the device and have some questions about it:
Did anyone tested bluetooth controllers with it? I have a ultimate bluetooth controller from 8bitdo, device connect and can see him but i can't use it for play games on emulators and i don't know why...For example Aethersx2 don't show me the controller like it`s not listed anywhere.
On the bluetooth configs it is showing pro controller conected but i cant use it.
What is the best option for use streaming with FullHD? it`s best to install a custom rom? If yes wich is recommended?
