OOS 10.0.1 How to Enable VOLTE? - OnePlus 7 Pro Questions & Answers

I know there are ways to enable VOLTE for OOS 9, but the toolkit will need to be downloaded. Does anyone know if there are ways to enable VOLTE for OOS 10?

Is it that every update need to use pdc to activate volte and vowifi? Mine was gone after installed incremental update 10.0.0.1

You do not need any apk or modify anything.
Settings/WiFi & internet/SIM & Network/click SIM 1 (your provider) you will see enhanced communications.

OOS 10 : VoLTE switch is gone from *#800# - function switch menu

I have finally upgraded to OOS10. However, when I tried to enable VoLTE again, I noticed that I don't have 'VoLTE Switch' in Function switch menu anymore. Because of this, I can't force enable VoLTE.
Is this normal? And if it is, is there any solutions to enable VoLTE forcefully?
Thanks!
Flash the volte wifi module in Magisk or TWRP

I'm having the same issue. I installed the OEMLOGKIT above and followed your steps here through *#800# but I'm not seeing anything related to VoLTE once in. Is this because my phone is rooted?
EDIT: Nevermind, I found it but I had to do an extra step. After OnePlus Logkit I had to click on Function Switch to find them.

OP 8T - VoLTE and Wi-FiCalling (11.0.34 KB05BA?)

At the begining I want to sorry for my English - is not my native language.
I change my phone from 6T to 8T. On 6T i unlock VoLTE and Wi-FiCalling by downloading logkit and factorymode from apk site and put #*800# and #*801# on dialer and change options in PDC on PC
This time (on 8T) i check it before I downloaded apk - *800 worked but still not have avaibility to turn on volte and wificalling, so i downloaded apk, intalled and... i cant get in logkit! I put on keybord #*800# and nothing happend.
How i can fix that?
Another thing: When I bougt phone it was system offcial update to 11.0.2.8 i think (not sure). On this version i saw Volte on the bar. BUT i used oxygen updater and i download and update to 11.0.34 KB05BA and VOLTE not work - no icon. Is possible to downgrade to "official" version?

It is the official tool used by OnePlus to restore a device to the shipping firmware and recover from soft bricking. You can find more info about it in this thread.

Ok, thanks.
Anyone know what I can do with Logkit and FactoryMode before I try to downgrade?
EDIT:
I've done downgrade by MSN, and on stock version I had volte and WiFi calling but when I upgrade to 11.0.2.3 they gone. Why?

Don't know what caused your problem, but if you can unlock your bootloader you can download the latest image at https://developers.google.com/android/images, or use the flash tool at that URL. Read the installation instructions at that URL.

I think you should be able to install the missing factory OTAs one after another using adb sideload without unlocking the bootloader. See https://developers.google.com/android/ota

What did you expect to see change? AFAIK the only visible changes with the the three updates after October, 2021 are the build number and build date. The Android Security date does NOT update with these post-EOL updates, it stays at Oct, 2021.

VoLTE Roaming Support is in the June 2022 update, not the Feb. update. I don't know what VoLTE support, if any, is in the Feb. update. Also, as @yeswap mentioned above, the security update level is not what you should be checking - it is frozen on Oct. 5 2021. Go to Settings, About Phone, Android Version and check the build number and build date to see what version you are actually running.

VoLTE is Voice over LTE, it has nothing to do with data speed.
There's no VoLTE toggle in Android settings with Android 12 on the Pixel 3. VoLTE is enabled by the carrier and not all carriers support it. Contact you carrier and ask them if they support VoLTE and if it's provisioned on your line.
You can see.if VoLTE is provisioned by dialing *#*#INFO#*#*. You can test if VoLTE is working by making a phone call. If your phone stays on LTE during the call VoLTE is working, if the phone switches to 3G during the call VoLTE is not working.

Please advise which country's A13 ROM you used and from where you downloaded it (I saw that there was Switzerland one, but not others) and if it affected your sound quality (I read that it may do that after root). thanks.

I used the UK variant, As its not available in my region (New Zealand) yet. Downloaded it using Frija.
Didn't notice anything out of the ordinary, phone performs as expected, Mobile network wise, Unsure of the sound quality as I prefer to use Viper4Android which works with a little work around to get it going.

Thanks!
For those whom are looking to install Viper for better sound quality/control there is a little work around to get it going and doesn't require you to install the Audio Modification module that we normally would in Magisk.
All you would need are the files below, Magisk installed as well as Root file explorer installed
1st install in the Viper module in Magisk, you should get a error saying it didn't install...Dont worry thats normal....DONT REBOOT. Close Magisk
2 Install Viper APK, once installed, OPEN. You should be greeted with the "NO DRIVER INSTALL" and it should automatically download and reboot. Once rebooted reopen Viper click on the "GEAR ICON" top right corner and Turn On "Legacy Mode" then go back to the Main Screen and check the "Driver Status"
It should show the following " Driver version 2.5.0.4" "Neon Enabled" "Enabled" and where it says "Status" that should say "ABNORMAL" thats OK, thats where Root File explorer comes in.
3 Open Root file explorer and navigate too Data, then click on ADB then on Modules, You should see 2 modules 1st being the Safetynetfix ( Thats there if you want too PASS Safetry Net)....... the 2nd being Viper. Click on Viper there maybe 1 file and nothing else.....Thats OK it means your on the right track.
EXTRACT & COPY & PASTE the files from the D/L'd "Viper Files" into the Viper Module you just opened using Root File Explorer. Accept everything that comes up ensuring the files get written to the Module, Close once done and Reboot.
Once rebooted open Viper and recheck the Driver Status and under "Status" it should now be showing "Normal".........DONE!
Safety net passed

doesn't work for me, an error message appears. Connection problem or invalid MMI code
Check the video clip description and see if the other code works for you. But not all devices work with this trick as I understand. My SM-N986B/DS with Android 12 worked, luckily.

yes that's correct., its where the Bootloader Folder exists.. You have 2 options when it comes to Patching with Magisk.
1. patch the Bootloader file itself
2. Patch the Whole "AP"
when I 1st patched A13 I used option 1, With the current version of A13 Stock I used Option 2.

[VoLTE OOS12] Is there a guide anywhere to force enable VoLTE?

It's been a while since I posted here but seeing our beloved OP7Pro is receiving its final update. I would like to know if anyone has managed to figure out how to enable VoLTE without root on stock firmware?
I used to use the old method (Install Qualcomm drivers, enable engineering mode, download APN, and run a bunch of ADB commands). But it seems like it won't work anymore.
Unfortunately there isn't a way to enable(switches in the settings) without root ... I also for months have tried ... Even i have access to engineering mode ... But no luck ...
What have you tried excatly which commands did you run
