I've been looking for slim cases everywhere and still can't find anything decent as all of them are too thick. Years ago I used to have a paper thin one just to avoid random scratches but I don't think they produce them anymore .

I bought this one , it literally says slim. Unfortunately design is horrible and case is still thick af....
Get spigen case it's amazing... slim compared to other armo covers... Tried around 3-4 covers and settled with Spigen... Not super slim but superb protection... I have two k20 pros.. So attaching both the phones with case

I also bought hydrogel film to try. Still have doubts about protection (better or not than tempered glass).
Do you think the screen is responsive like a tempered glass and the protection is the same?

I was looking for the same and this is the closest thing I could find. They are ever so slightly thicker and not quite as tight fitting as the original. They also do not give button protection as there's just a cutout in that area, and sides don't come up above the screen (they are flush). The originals have a very little lip over the screen. Not that it matters because if it falls with either case on it probably won't end well. That said, I have dropped the phone once and it survived without a scratch.

i did find a leather spigen case
i havent had any problems at all and to add i did buy their aluminum home bottons and i would say it is a well spent investment

I have this one and it's awesome. I would suggest doing what I did and taking fine sandpaper to the shiny black plastic. Makes it an awesome matte black instead

Look on Amazon. I did get one, but I wasn't happy with the finish, compared to the version shown in the thread (which I also have).
I would also love to see a replica Note 3 cover for the S4. I've looked on eBay, Amazon, and various other threads but haven't seen one that I really like. I have a blue leather pattern one on my S4 now, but to be honeset, it's rather ugly...:crying:

you can get a leather one from here, mine arrived today and although its quite expensive its a lot better than the one that amazon sells.
alot of cases you get out there can very cheap quality and not last long. id rather spend $20 on a good case then $10 on a case that will last a month

Are any companies making a full body skin for the Moto X? I actually just want to put it around the metal edges to give it grip. I find them a little slippery. I may have to just take a skin for a different phone and cut it with scissors if no one makes one :/

Did you receive yours? Does it give it some grip. For previous phones i have put a back skin from Xtremeguard to give the phone more grip.

My delivery date is between the 6th and the 9th and I got the carbon fiber one to cover a very unsightly self made blemish. I haven't used Skinomi or Xtremeguard in a couple years but I do remember the xtreme being really grippy, especially if there's moisture on your hand.

It's shinier than the carbon fiber on my PS4 but different companies so that's expected. I'm at work and Tapatalk won't let me upload pics so I'll have to when I get home. I do like it though.

How does it feel? Im looking for something to give me grip on the back and sides.
I don't notice any change in the grip, maybe a little and as you can see I didn't use the pieces and I never do because I occasionally need to use a case. My back plate is the black plastic which is a fingerprint magnet, the skin remedies that.

I did too and I was disappointed there is no cut out for the dimple.
I got and applied the skinomi techskin yesterday myself. Overall I like how the skin feels. The back and the sides feel grippier, which was one of the two reasons I bought the skin. (The other was for some protection from scratches on the body.) My biggest issues with it right now is that the back skin is a few millimeters small in both direction, which leaves a bit exposed. The other is that the screen is pretty tricky to apply properly. It's tackier than the screen, I already know there are going to be blemishes from application. (My own fault.) Also I don't have a heat gun, so it may start peeling.
Does Skinomi techskin require glue to apply tha back skin???
I just want to know which Redmi 2 case did you use? Pros and Cons from that case.

Yup... some people prefer to use the flip cover, to prevent the glass from scratch.

Selection is still poor, I've started looking for cases before I even got the phone. The phone feels too thin to me, even with the case on, the one phone ships with. I guess the other cases might actually improve ergonomics for me on top of protecting the phone from damage without being too bulky.

It's a hard case. Does not have a lip for the screen though.
Looks like probably one of the best cases for the mix 1 is finally available for the mix 2.

Yeah I was in for one as well when I saw it listed. This was the best case for drop protection and not adding a crazy amount of bulk when I had my Mix1.

I really liked the look and size of this case too. I found it on Ebay last night and ordered it. Unfortunately, it takes the slow boat from China as far as delivery goes, so I got a different case on Amazon with prime service to hold me over.

Where do you see that microfiber is inside? And also, what is the advantage of a silicone case over others?

You can't trust random brands on ali express to be honest. The item quality is mostly hit or miss, unless you read lots of reviews and pick carefully.

Since the time (several years) I buy on this site, this is truly the first time I'm so despited. The second flip case bought is good and useful with a good price. Our reviews will help to choose carefully, this is the man goal of this post.

What I can recommend are the GKK 360 cases. I am not allowed to post a link yet but you can look it up on AliExpress.
If you put a 9H screen protector on the Display and then put on this case its like a full body condom for your phone^^

Hello,
- As it is not gel, it is more slippery than the original in the box.
- The hole for the camera is a bit big. The glass of the camera is not totally protected, it protrudes very very little from the right side. But this case protects more than the stock case.

I bought a Mofi fabric case for my Mi A2 and my camera lenses are already scratched up because this case doesn't have the 'lip' the original TPU case does that protects the cameras, good thing I applied a camera tempered glass when I bought the phone.
