Hi all
I'm new to playing with GWD and I'm trying to set up a tap action that opens my calendar on the day, rather than the month.
I really like the fact that the Gear Dashboard can do this, but everything else just comes up with the month view.
Does anyone know what the app id is?
Has anyone managed to extract the stock faces for use in GWD yet?
Cheers
What gwd lets you choose is the first calendar, but the gear dashboard selects the second. I'm on the hunt for the app id for the schedule view.
Cheers

Hi all,
I'm wondering if it is possible to get an alternative to the native datepicker widget:

}
The reason I am looking for this is that I think that the default widget is clumsy. Things like next week Thursday are a pain to find with the default widget, since the days are not displayed, and you can not see the relation of the different weeks.
While googling this, I found several app developers who found this same issue, and build there own solution (for example here and here).
Does anyone know if it's possible to replace the default widget and if there was an attempt made to do this?
Thanks.
For some reason my N5 seems to have stopped creating a shortcut on the launcher when I install a new app and I cant for the life of me find it...any clues please?!
I use this feature quite heavily as I run a simple one screen setup and tend to browse Play Store from a PC and send software to my phone during the day...that new installs dump to the desktop means I know theres something new for me to tidy up...whereas without this I'm huntimg through pages of the App Drawer trying to remember whats new,
It's the auto-add widgets setting in Play Store

Hi all
Apologies if this has been addressed elsewhere. I've looked and can't find a solution.
I'm using Textra as my text messaging app on my Nexus 5.
On my old iPhone, it would auto detect dates and times in the body of a text message or email so that when you pressed the date, it would allow you to easily add an event to the calendar for the corresponding date.
Is there a way to do this on the Nexus 5? I don't mind changing my text messaging app if necessary.
Thank you for any assistance.
8sms has the option

Hi
I currently have a developer account that I want to close, I only have one application with which I learned my first steps of programming on Android.
For personal reasons I want to delete my developer account but I can not because I have an app with active downloads. The application is an alarm / alarm.
It is called Stream Alarm and is currently "Not Published" to not generate more downloads. It is based on Material Design.

If someone wants to receive this app, I will gladly give it to you along with the graphic and other materials used.
It would be a great help. Thank you very much.
I had to recently reset my Gear S3 and now I'm missing the default watch face that I typically use. It looks like this:
steps ----------- HR
----- 02.00pm-----
temp --------- date
Default colour is blue. Anyone able to advise what the name of the watch face is? The steps/HR etc are all fully customizable and opens to the respective app when tapped on it
Looks like the gear dashboard watch face.
