Any using the Korean variant on Verizon? I want to get it for the dual screen but I have to have wifi calling.
Verizon likely won't help. It's part of their version of the V50 Edit: Google voice allows wifi calling

I have an unlocked SM-G930W8 (Canada version) s7, and I would like to do WiFi calling using Cricket as my carrier. Is that possible?
The Cricket website says:
"Note:*If you did not purchase your phone from Cricket but it is Wi-Fi Calling capable, you can still use your phone but Wi-Fi Calling will not work."
Cricket does not include the s7 in their list of WiFi calling capable phones. I was thinking one possible solution is to flash it with AT&T firmware because AT&T includes Wi-Fi calling on their s7's. Would that work?
Can someone who has the US version confirm if Wifi calling works on T-Mobile? And I'm not sure if hotspot is an issue too, but my wife's current phone is an AT&T unlocked LG V20 and hotspot doesn't work on T-Mobile. So just want to confirm.
Thinking about getting an unlocked Sprint V50 to use on XFINITY Mobile/Verizon. Just wondering if VoLTE and WiFi calling will work out of the box. You can't flash firmware like you can for Samsung phones for LG. I must have WiFi calling.
Hi,
I use my international variant S7(sm-g930f) on the ATT network, and they notified me that my phone will not work on their network in February 2022 because they are shutting down 3g in my area. They say my phone will not work on hd voice.
Two things I notice is that my phone does have 4g lte, and the ATT variant S7(SM-G930A) will still work.
Is it possible to make my phone still work on their network by installing ATT variant firmware?
Thanks
I have a Samsung S10e (SM-G970U1) that is not compatible with Wi-Fi calling. I called my carrier (US Cellular) and they said that they support this service but my phone is not compatible for it. I bought the phone unlocked on eBay. Is there a way to get my phone where I can get Wi-Fi calling enabled? If not, is there an unlocked phone I can purchase that will be compatible with my carrier.
Thanks in advance
