Hi... if you are in dynamic lock screen mode, swipe left on the lock screen to change the wallpaper and then you can take a screenshot and save your wallpaper one by one or whatever you like...

Thanks for reply.
But then I have the status bar and the navigation buttons on the screenshot...
Where are this dynamic backgrounds stored?

Lockstar forces me to use its own design with a "simple" wallpaper overriding the systems dynamic one. Or am I missing something here?
@nabeelahmad909, or could you be so kind to update your gdrive with the newly added images? In fact I am only interested in the milky way wallpaper which I attached a screenshot.

Hi... hide everything you can hide with Lockstar, activate it, go to Dynamic lock settings and also activate it ... then go to lock screen and swipping left any background will be "clean" and you can make a screenshot....

Thanks, that kind of worked. Unfortunately there is still the back button and option button visible, just like in your attachment.

Its simple, im not using any root.
Just lock the screen
turn display on
press screen and take scren shot. do not lift finger frm screen and take screen shot, after that it will be captured.

Hello. If you use Microsoft Launcher is pretty easy. Take a screen shot of any of the pictures and change the wallpaper by using the Microsoft Launcher. You just have to resize the picture, so the top disappears. It will be a bigger picture but nothing that will change what you want to see. Hope it helps!

For clarification to other users who may be confused as i was about those instructions: What I did was:
First deactivate finger print unlocking in the settings (to hide the finger print symbol)
Press the lock button multiple times until you see your desired picture
Then swipe up like you usually would to get to the PIN unlock but not completely and leave your finger on the screen
When you are halfway through the swipe-up motion you will see only the picture without any other objects on the screen. While leaving the finger on the screen create a screenshot with your lock-button and volume down button
Optionally set your screen resolution to the highest possible beforehand to get the wallpaper in that resolution as well.

This works perfectly, thanks! Only other thing to consider is if you have Samsung pay enabled the tab shows on the bottom. Go into Samsung pay, settings, favorite cards and turn off the toggle for lockscreen.

I should have read page 2.
My solution was already given.
Thanks Konsi!

Hey, that's very nice.
I have a Samsung S10+, how can I save Dynamic wallpaper from my lock screen?

If you take a screenshot of any document text on s10, the text never comes out as sharp as it is in actuality because taking a screenshot blurs the photo a bit.
I want to know where these dynamic lockscreen wallpapers are stored so that I can get crystal quality sharp images as they ACTUALLY are, not a blurry screenshot even at QHD+

[30/11/13][App][2.2+] Invisible Lock Lite | Pro (Transparent Lock Screen)

Hi All,
I've developed an app called Invisible Lock which is a transparent lock screen through which we can see the screen behind the lock screen.
This is my second android application after Simple Gestures.
This is an invisible lock where in it will block access to the screen but will show the screen behind this lock. We can see everything on screen clearly but we cannot access anything until the pre-configured swipe gesture is drawn. We can select any swipe gesture from available gestures from the app settings page. Currently this app supports 4 gestures to unlock as explained below:
- Swipe Right : Swipe from left side to right side horizontally with any finger on lock screen
- Swipe Left : Swipe from right side to left side horizontally with any finger on lock screen
- Swipe Up : Swipe from down side to up side vertically with any finger on lock screen
- Swipe Down : Swipe from up side to down side vertically with any finger on lock screen
This app will lock the screen 5 seconds after the screen turns off. This will allow you to use touch to wake feature.
It will automatically unlock while incoming call.
Note:
1) Please disable default system lock or any other lock app in order for this Invisible Lock to function properly.
2) Though this app blocks access to the screen, we can still access Notification Bar and hardware buttons (if any) on the device. I am working on this to block them and will try to include in the next version.
I've uploaded it on to play store. Checkout the below link and provide your feedback:

Invisible Lock Pro
---------------------------
I have published pro version of this app to Play Store. It should be up in couple of hours. The pro version features:
1) Additional gesture (press & hold) has been added for security. Now you need to press & hold on the lock screen after doing the selected gesture to unlock.
2) Enable Sound on Unlock. This can be configured from the settings page. Currently the notification sound will be played when screen is unlocked.
3) Tutorial included on how to use this unlock feature.
Note: Please try my Invisible Lock application before purchasing the Pro version. If it is compatible, then buy this app.
Additional Gestures will be added in next version.
Here's the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ramesh.security.pro
The Invisible Lock app has been tested on the below mentioned devices:
Samsung Galaxy S3 (International version)
LG Nexus 4
Samsung Galaxy Nexus S
Samsung Galaxy Y
Amazon Kindle Fire (First Generation)
reserved
Brilliant
Works well on my Note 2.
I have been looking for exactly this since my first android yrs ago.
It evens shows updates and animations that are happening on the home screen.
Better than the crippled shrunken widget on 4.2-4.3, things like widget locker etc.
Thanks
Interesting, I will have to try this. Dashclock to the homescreen!
cool it's not working even by disabling everything
This is awesome!.
I would love if in a future you could implement pattern lock. I Like using a hidden pattern lock so people don´t even try to solve it, this would make it just perfect
Awesome!
Working quite well on the N5.
Hey sivva, getting forced close on 4.3! I am on PA rom!

Any chance you could make it a 2 finger motion?
I ask because it would be more difficult for a random person to simply unlock my phone with a random touch / swipe.
Guys,
I am sorry that I forgot to inform you all that I've set 5 seconds delay before the lock screen applies on the screen. It will lock 5 seconds after the screen turns off. The reason is that most of the people I know are using touch to wake (from googy's kernel) feature. You won't get annoyed by the lock screen if you are using touch to wake.
I have also updated the tested devices list in the second post.

Please make sure you wait for 5 seconds after the screen turns off. If it still doesn't work, please reboot the device. Let me know your device model if it still doesn't work.

[HOW TO] Tricks and tips on Galaxy S4 4.4.2

Setup camera on lock screen.
Settings->My device->Lock Screen-> Shortcuts. There you have 3 options : None, Camera and Custom. If you choose camera you will have camera icon on Lock Screen... rest is self explanatory.
But... there is easier way to get camera from lock screen. Settings-> My device->Lock Screen -> Lock screen widgets, turn on Favorite apps or Camera, now tap on Favorite apps or Camera and choose Camera , click save on top right corner. Exit from Settings and lock your phone now touch clock or message on your lock screen and slide to left.
That one of them. Some people my not know how to get to some points in settings. This thread my help.. Please be free to post what you know and some my not.
PS. Mods if you think this thread is pointless please feel free to delete..
Have they fixed the bug where music stops if you have the Hangouts app open and a message comes in?

Lock Screen Alternatives That Work

Does anyone know of any lock screen alternatives that work well with the Mate 9.
I've tried a few but I've ended up with the new lock screen on top of the Mate 9 default one as i also can't find a way to disable the default lock screen.

i'm using an app called Floatify; it's more for notifications, but gives you the ability to use its lock screen as well. nothing fancy, there are a few customization options (clock style, wallpaper, clock size, position). i don't recall the stock lock screen interfering/appearing before the Floatify lock screen. (could be happening and i haven't see it). the pic below is using the Floatify lock screen and notifications (you can customize color/font/size of notifications).

Thanks for the suggestion and Floatify looks good but when I switch the phone on, I briefly get an image of the Huawei lock screen before it gets covered up but Floatify. Do you know how to fully disable the Huawei lock screen so it never appears?

But I stopped using it since it is so fast to login with fingerprint reader

unfortunately, i don't know how to completely disable the lock screen. did you disable the "magazine" lock screen? i disabled the "magazine" lock screen on my device and i see the Floatify lock screen when waking via the power button or fingerprint. i'll pay closer attention to see if the stock lock screen is actually appearing and i'm not noticing it.

hey, sorry about lack of clarity with my reply. i forgot to mention that i installed a theme named "Pure Black 1.5.2" and under Screen lock & passwords->Screen lock style, i chose Pure Black 1.5.2 as the lock screen (vs Magazine unlock). i also disabled "use" of the Magazine pictures on the lock screen by removing the checkmarks (Screen lock & passwords->Magazine unlock). i've been paying closer attention to my lock screen and the Floatify lock screen has appeared every time the device awakens to display notifications and/or if i press the power button to manually check for notifications. hope this helps and apologies for leaving out the additional steps.

Lock Screen/AOD Wallpaper

I'd really like to be able to keep my lock screen on at all times or be able to put a nice looking wallpaper on my AOD screen. All I've found are some black wallpapers with a few small pictures for the AOD screen. Does anyone know how to change this or if there's a way to keep the lock screen on without using the AOD feature?

Through the system itself, it's only possible to do that while the phone is charging, go to the developer options and switch "Stay awake" on, otherwise, there might be some 3rd party app that does what you want.

Question Pixel 7 Pro Notifications?

Can someone walk me through this? Totally new to Pixel phones. Been using LG for the last 10 years.
I have Nova Launcher installed and it seems to be working properly with no issues.
I'm getting written notifications on my lock screen whenever a YouTube channel I'm subscribed to posts a new video. I don't want that. (This is happening on most of my apps)
In the past with the LG, i'd just get a tiny colored bubble with a number on the app's icon on my home screen. That's what I'm trying to accomplish with the P7P. Is there a way to get the phone to do this?

I've tried that on the lock screen, and it takes me to a page asking me if I want to unsubscribe from notifications from that YouTube channel. Is this correct? I do still want to get a bubble on the app's icon on my home screen letting me know I have unseen content.

Hmm, I don't think so. Have you tried it once you've unlocked the lock screen? Please see screenshot.
Didn't make a difference.
If "notifications “ are turned off, will I still get the little dot on the app icon?
Ok, I may have an idea.
In the notifications settings area....
Pic below, set hide silent notifications from the lock screen. Then long press the notification in the status bar and set them to silent.
They will still show in your status bar and app icon.
Downside to my plan is if you have, for example, text messages set to silent they will no longer show on lock screen if you want that.

Yes, at the bottom of the list of notications, there is an option to have the dot separately.
