Is there a way to Clearly record Louldly a call w/o speakerphone on EVO 4g Rooted?

I've tried EVERY telephone call recording software on the market for my Rooted evo4g, the best I've ever gotten was barealy audible quality from the person on the other end, my voice fine.
I've heard conflicting info whether the problem is hardware or software, apparently overseas an android has an option every time you make a call to record it or not.
Is there any solution to clearly and loudly record (legally of course) a telephone conversation ?
Apparently I gather it's three files that are missing from the US version that prevents this.
Is it possible?

[Q] Recording phone calls

Now that I have successfully rooted my phone, thanks to Wizzrah's Evita toolkit, i'm looking to resolve a problem with call recording.
There are a plethora of call recording apps on the market but they all require speakerphone to record both sides of the conversation which is often not ideal. In the old days of Android version 2, some phones had what they call 'hardware-based" call recording which is reportedly no longer available unless you change ROMs or hack the device, which I now finally have the capability of doing.
The easiest way to see this anomaly in action is to download one of the very best call recording apps here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appstar.callrecorderpro&hl=en and try changing the source. It won't let you because it says the phone doesn't support 'hardware-based' recording.
If anyone knows how to get past this, I would appreciate the help very much!

How to enable two-way recording

Hello guys, new here
I do understand two-way recording is disabled in the factory setting.
Some apps offer two-way recording if I have my phone rooted.
The problem is some of my essential apps won't allow my phone rooted for security reasons.
The question is : is it possible to do this procedure?
1. Root
2. "enable" two way recording
3. Unroot
4. Now I can record my calls with any apps.
* Call recording is legal in my country, (South Korea) as long as I'm in the party. I'm a consultant, so I want to record calls to see if I've been doing the conversation in the right way. For good reasons! thank you in advance.
No such thing. You need this app. This records both sides from the phoenline. Its the only one that truly does .I use it.

Which phone supports call recording and in which region?

Hello All,
I am new to this space. Unfortunately, after being forced to update to Android 9, I lost my call recording feature. I absolutely need this feature because I travel all the time. Rooting is not an option for me because I would lose the warranty. Plus, I have accidentally bricked a phone in the past. I saw that people have reported that call recording works in Android 9 in some countries.
I am curious about two things:
1) Do we know which phone models and region will support call recording?
2) Given that we know that XYZ model with Android 9.0 supports call recording, if I buy a phone from another country and use it in the US, will call recording work? Any idea?
I thought of asking everyone on this forum before making an investment in two things a) a $1K phone b) a recorder app. I have tried other options such mic-based call recording etc., but they are not as good as an app doing the call recording.
I am really pissed off with Google for banning this feature.

Need help with call recording on Samsung J3 2016 SM-J320FN

Hi,
I run an office where there is a lot of communication with subcontractors and would like to have all calls done from our Samsung J3 2016 SM-J320FN phones recorded. I have tried multiple apps from the Play Store and most of them work with issues. Either the calls do not record, or the number does not display. There are a total of 4 phones and they all run Android 5.1.1.
Is there any better way of recording calls with a guarantee that they will be recorded and saved with the called ID info as well as time stamp?
The phones are running stock Android shipped from Samsung and are not rooted. If there is a solution by rooting the phones, i am open to that option.
It's important that i can listen to all calls done between the staff and subcontractors but cannot find a reliable way of doing this. The purpose of recording the calls is for quality purposes so that staff can get feedback and improve on the service and to also prevent miscommunication.
Any help is appreciated
