Hi,
Im not able to take long screenshot on my Realme 5 pro(6,64)
When I take a normal screenshot and then click on the long screenshot option my screen automatically comes back to the original one
Initially I thought it would get resolved with an update
But after updating last night the problem is still the same.
Any suggestions how could I resolve my problem?
Turn off developer options.
Go to settings, turn off developer options.
or turn off animation scales (window, transition, animator duration scales) in developer options. Than only you can take long screenshots. This solution for all realme mobiles.
After clicking on the long screenshot option
You must drag up or down the picture befor clicking "done".

Hi, I recently updated my S6 G920F to 5.1.1 Build Number XXU2POGJ
Ever since the update, the wallpaper motion effect is gone. The toggle button to turn it off on doesn't work. Furthermore, I wiped cache and now the toggle button is not even there anymore.
Has anyone else had these issues?
Also when I make a call I get the options 'Live Vid', 'Share', 'Bluetooth', 'Speaker', 'Keypad' , 'Mic'.
Before this, I used to get the option 'Add Call', 'Extra Volume', 'Bluetooth', 'Speaker', 'Keypad' , 'Mic'.
I can only see the options regarding 'Add call extra' after I press show keypad and then minimise keypad. Also when I make a call, it jitters between the two options as if the phone is confused as to which options to display.
Its really annoying :/
All of this are improvements of the last update. Enjoy!

But, I would expect Samsung to just put an option to disable it rather than remove it all together. (Regarding Wallpaper Motion Effect).
Also, regarding the In-Call options am I the only one?
Oh wow, just realized this should be posted in the Q&A section, mods can this be moved plz.
*bump* anyone else with these issues?
Wallpaper motion effect also not working in mine after update.
hey guys im an hacker, but new in android development , usally i post videos of fixing stuff on youtube but this day
im gonna write the easiest way to fix "Messed with 'Simulate Secondary Display' settings!." as i seen in this trade http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s2/help/help-messed-simulate-secondary-display-t2076180
usually when you pick Simulate Secondary Display , it let you choice the quality and u can pinch and resize it.. well
there's bug in 5.0 that make it go half a screen for no reason. found few steps to fix it. if you're gonna have this issue.
1.check that ure device is always on "Screen Rotation"
2. turn you're device to the side
3.then it let u see full screen and press off.

Hi everyone
I'm very happy with my Z5, even on the camera's side.
Anyway I'm facing a strange problem: sometimes my camera UI completely disappears, I only have the sensor view but no icon, no menu, nothing. Even the scren is unresponsive.
I have to quick press the power bouton (but the screens goes off and I have to unlock it) to retrieve the interface.
Anyone's having the same issue?
Thanks in advance.
PS: FYI I have the touch capture ption ticked, don't know if it changes anything...
Maybe Enable animator scale in developer options will help.
There were a few folk in that thread having a similar issue so thought maybe you had changed this setting?

Hi,
My camera timer has never work since i can remember.
The problem is after choosing 2, 5 or 10 seconds, the camera immediately take a picture when pressing the shutter. It does not do the countdown.
After manually updating to marshmallow, i thought it will be fixed.
However it still doesn't work. I have tried factory reset after updating marshmallow, no luck.
Hope someone can tell me how to fix it.
Found the problem.
I always go into Developer Options and turn off all animations.
Turning back animations on fixed the issue.
I dislike animations, so I just make it to 0.5x for all.
Hope this will help someone in the future.
So I can't explain what I did to cause this problem as it occurred while I was sleeping and apparently on top of my phone and the screen was not locked, so I hope someone will have some idea of what I did so I can undo it.
So when I woke up and looked at my screen the layout bounds were showing and anytime I touched on anything it was as if my phone screen were moving in slow motion. So I made my way to my developer options and turned off show layout bounds hoping it would fix everything, but all it did was fix that it still continued to move slow and still is a week later and it's driving me crazy. Like when I swipe to open my notification bar or my app drawer it very slowly slides out. It doesn't affect games or when I'm on an app only my phone settings and menus and screens. Anyone know what I may have done to cause this or know how to fix it?
