I have this annoing problem with hard distorted bass when i record some live music.
it happens both on miui cam and Gcam and make the record useless
Any solution to make that distortion dissapear? (i'm on miui.eu)

I don´t know if everyone got this issue but I was recoding a concert on my Captivate the other day and the sound its just distorted like the mic sensitivity is way to high or the recording volume is to high, is there a menu to change the recording mic volume?
I'm the only one with the sentive mic?, no body else has this issue or find this to be and issue?
Hello. I know Aosp camera is no where near TWs but the latest tw camcorder records the audio extremely well in loud environments lile concerts yet aosp cam sound high pitched and distorted. Is there a way to configure the sensitivity of the mic on aosp camcorder to set it like TW? The TW settings filter all unecessary noise and reproduce bass even in concerts. Thanks in advance

Been diggin around and found this site which offered this solution for another phone http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2073013 using another guide i managed to raise the camcorder audio bitrate but when i press the record button gallery crashes. Any thoughts?
In stock ROM there is a big issue with awful sound quality in recorded video: noise cancellation is too aggressive and filming instruments playing is quite impossible. Is there something in other custom roms? Or it's a hardware problem? Any way to fix it?
Dual/Single mic noise reduction option in audio settings has no effect, is 3rd party applications (like Cinema FV) the problem remains. There are lots of threads with this issue in official miui forum, but the development team is seems to not reading them.

Anyone else have problems when recording a video with sound that there is a ticking sound? like there is some kind of static on the mic.
first i thought my mic was broken when hearing higher pitched sounds, but everything is normal using the recording tool or recording sound in for example whatsapp.
