How to find IMEI2 on Redmi note 6 pro? - Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro Questions & Answers

Hello everyone,
Due to a bootloop, I've reflashed stock ROM then Lineage OS to my phone. However, I was not able to receive any signal from my SIM card with both OS and my IMEI was null (after dialing *#06#).
I have followed a tutorial to repair IMEI with the help of QCN and QFIL. I have disassembled my phone to retrieve an IMEI number (it was written on a sticker next to the battery).
Nevertheless, I have not found the second IMEI for the second SIM slot anywhere on the hardware.
The IMEI number I have found appears to be IMEI 1 and I was able to restore it with QCN. Still, IMEI 1 (now working) works with SIM/SD slot, so if I can now receive signal from the network, I can't use my SD card.
As I don't have any IMEI backup nor the phone's box, is there a way to find this IMEI2 on the hardware?
P.S: repairing IMEI2 with the same number as IMEI 1 does not make it work.

[Completed] imei NULL/NULL but i can make a call...

hey,
i have 2 note2 n7105, i never make gsm worked, event restoring efs(efs bckpro or 'dd' the efs partition). imei were readable typing *#06#

Seems to be a similar issue like here: [Q]Null Imei, Baseband Unknown N7105 by Emprt.
With a "broken" EFS partition.
Check this thread: Baseband Unknown and IMEI Null NOW WORKING by karlonicolas.
Maybe this will work in your case too.
Sometimes reflashing the modem/baseband can help to get back the correct IMEI.
And for the next time, please backup your EFS partition like described here: [WARNING! + GUIDE] Backup and Restore IMEI / NV Data Procedure for GT-I9305 by lyriquidperfection.
Good luck !

second sim card not detect

after change the rom of my lenovo a 850, dual sim the second sim slot not detected no chip and no network please help
i try 3 diffrent official rom on my phone. but also i have the problem for second sim card.
IMEI might be invalid
Try to find out if your IMEI are unknown by your phone.
I had similar issue after I flash a stock ROM on my A850. For some reasons I could not use my two SIM cards as previously. IMEI of both SIM slot could were not identified by my new freshly installed Android. I had to do some engineering tricks by using "Engineer Mode MTK Shortcut" from Google Play and I followed tutorial on Youtube on Invalid IMEI. Lucky enough, my sticker inside my phone was still intact and could set those IMEI digits back on this phone. IMEI is a 15 digits code. Your phone has 2 IMEI.

it has one IMEI . after flashing the phone the imei wasnt known . then i register that with dongle . one slot only be active.
You have to register both slots with their respective IMEI. Was quite easy for me:
1) Install Engineer Mode MTK Shortcut from Google Play
2) Look for some video on Youtube about "Invalid IMEI on MTK Phone". Commands for registering the second IMEI has slightly different parameters than the first one but it works. All detailed in few videos that I cannot post URL but easy to find.
Problem not solved
I also have same problem and the problem is that the phone after rooting it was showing only one sim with invalid imei and the second sim is not being shown at all. It looks like it has become a single sim after rooting. Please help in detecting the second sim.

Need qcn backup. Please I am desperated.

Hello, I was installing a rom xiaomi.eu to my new mi4c as it came with a ROM 77 loaded with a lot of bloatware. The phone bricked while installing it and couldn't even start in fastboot mode. Luckily with a tutorial I could recover. The problem is that the IMEI got erased. And the phone had no signal and couldn't detect SIM.
I a tutorial in order to repair it with the QUALCOMM QPST TOOL the problem comes when trying to read the xiaomi with the RF Manager NV only has 4 NV files, not even the IMEI or anything.
Creating IMEI I could get the phone to read SIM, and to show IMEI when typing *#06#. But no signal.
Therefore the only solution I can think of and that saves my phone is that if someone is kind enough to make a .qcn backup of his Mi4c and share with me to restore my Mi4c (obviously would put my IMEI to it so no worries) so the phone can work normally again with signal and so...Thanks a lot, I need your help.

Need help to reset imei number.

[HELP] S6 No s/n, has IMEI, has signal, cannot connect to mobile carrier

Greetings,
I would like to ask for anybody's help on fixing a dilemma that I can't seem to solve due to how limited my knowledge is.
Colleague messed up his phone very bad, he was trying to "Unlock" his phone through SamsungTool. Here's what happened;
1. Phone is carrier locked.
2. Read a guide that suggests that he should flash a "lower" baseband.
3. Flashed a lower modem file through Odin. Didn't backup EFS. But did take a photo of IMEI and S/N using *#06#.
4. Faced with DRK error. Phone is inaccessible.
5. Rooted the phone to remove DRK error.
6. Phone is now accessible. Used *#06#, IMEI is now 3500000000006, S/N is none.
7. Force flashed IMEI using Samsung Tool. Luckily, he took a photo of the *#06# details.
8. IMEI is now in place but MEID is different, S/N says "None"
Is there in anyway in fixing this?
